Chasing Red: From a Wattpad Sensation, a Steamy New Adult Romance about a Jock and the Girl He Can Never Have Kindle Edition

When I first picked up this book, I thought, "Oh, it's not going to be as spectacular as everyone has hyped it up to be." Let me tell you, I joined the Wattpad party later than everyone else because I hadn't even heard of the app until years after it came out. As soon as I passed Chapter One, I realized my mistake in judging a book that was very hyped. I should have known it would have been good because everything that Sourcebooks has published has been nothing but amazing.Isabelle Ronin (which people somehow got me mistaken for in my school) is a spectacular author who brought about a non-smutty romance. I can't tell you how happy I am that this girl has not made this so exotic. This romance is so different from other romances, and I loved it.However, I did feel that, in the beginning, there wasn't a lot of building. The first few chapters were a bit slower than I would have expected. That, and when it was first given that Veronica and Caleb were to obviously be together, I felt their relationship was a bit fast-paced as well. This is coming from someone who has only read five romance books in her entire life, so don't take this too personally.After getting more into the book, I began to, once again, realize my mistakes and understand that there was a reason Caleb and Veronica's relationship was going to be fast-paced: they were honestly attracted to one another. I did enjoy this book, and I am so excited that ALWAYS RED is on its way to my house. I am also very proud to add this book to my Wattpad collection, as well as say congratulations to Isabelle for such an amazing piece of work.Because of everything I have listed, I gave this book 4.5/5 stars. But because Goodreads AND Amazon do not allow an "in-between," it will show up as 4/5 stars. If you haven't decided to pick this book up already, I do suggest that you do. You will not regret it.

This was a random pick for a book, based off of a bingo prompt "with a color in the title". I found it browsing my Goodreads list. I have totally fallen for these characters and love Red. She is spunky, independent and not sure she can trust anyone. She has been through a lot in life, why should she trust this guy?Read to find out how they meet and how she must learn to trust people.

I was really excited to read this, but as I start reading it, I found myself skipping and skipping and passing. In the end I gave up. I don't get it... I mean, great job but... there is nothing special about this book.

I first read this book on Wattpad. I loved it a lot! It’s about the rich boy, Caleb, who unexpectedly falls for a girl ,Veronica, who he thought, he would never choose. I love how I never got bored and it didn’t drag on. I know it ends in a cliffhanger but Isabelle ronin’s next book, Always Red, must be the rest of it. (I hope) aYES I recommend this book!! Love!

Chasing Red was excellent. Loved this book. Already have downloaded Always Red and can't wait to start reading it. Chasing Red actually ends with a cliffhanger and I know that Always Red will continue to keep me reading and loving every page. Great work by Isabelle Ronin.

I purchased this book on a whim. I had recently started reading books on wattpad, though I had not discovered Isabelle Ronin on there, I was excited to see a wattpad author had their book published. I saw it was a romance and that's all I knew going in. I soon became engrossed by the story. I fell in love with Caleb. This is a book I would recommend to anyone looking to read a new adult romance. I can't wait to read part 2.

I dnf this one real quick. I can't stand major rich playboys who thinks their stuff don't stink and all he thought about was sex. Meeting Red the female character the way he did had no lead up and it was just dropped in my lap. I wanted build up. Red was also immature for me. Not a lot was happening in the beginning or even grabbing my attention. I couldn't stand Caleb or Red. This one just wasn't for me.

Fun and entertaining. I enjoyed the author's writing style. Unlike other reviewers, I liked the characters and thought the story moved along nicely. Pre-ordered the sequel.

It was an okay read, with enough of a story to keep me reading, just, i wasn't a massive fan of the female character, but fell in love with Caleb!I did find myself skipping some parts but overall it was a good story line.

After reading it on wattpad I just knew I had to have the book version and love this book so much it's amazing.
