Perfect little set! Works with Step2 kitchen & Learning Resources New Sprouts play food!
My kids have a Step2 Lifestyle Dream Kitchen which came with a few pots, pans, and utensils, not to mention the various random spatulas, knifes, ladles and other such items we have amassed from the numerous food play sets I've purchased for them (Learning Resources New Sprouts, Melissa & Doug and Plan Toys) However, while they do have a Green Toys tea set, they didn't have a tea kettle that you put on a stove to "boil" and when I saw one in this set, and also saw that it was made by Learning Resources which we love, I couldn't pass it up for the $12.19 it was listed at when I ordered it!I also thought my son (4.5) in particular would appreciate the potato masher because we don't have one of those and he likes mine, and what's another pot and pan and a few more utensils? Kids love those!Well, I'm so glad I got it because my kids love ALL of the pieces in the set. I love that the pot and pan are larger than the ones that came with our Step2 Kitchen, because they can fit more in the pot while "making a soup" for instance, yet it is pretty much to scale with our Step2 kitchen and still fits well enough on the burner, and they also just like to play with it on the floor. The lids fit perfectly and are interchangeable between the pot and pan -- I saw a few reviews where people said the lids didn't fit, and highly suggest contacting Amazon Customer Service for a replacement if that's the case with your set, because they should! Amazon is REALLY great about returns/replacements, even if the deadline for doing so has passed they will usually give an "exception" so it's always worth a try!We have a couple of Learning Resources New Sprouts play food baskets (breakfast and dinner) and also the Learning Resources Farmers Market Color Sorting Set, and the pot and pan can fit the scale of these foods perfectly! It may seem like a given since they're the same brand, but I've learned that it's not always the case! See the pictures I included for reference. As predicted, my son really liked the potato masher, and it also came with an ice cream scoop and a slotted spoon which we didn't have, a spatula and a knife, all of which my kids really like and are actually using in their play kitchen. Finally, the tea kettle was a hit and also fits perfectly on the Step2 kitchen stove and my kids have loved pretending to make tea and serve it to me! Such a great set for a great price, and I'm really glad I got it for all of the included items. The neutral color scheme is awesome too, so many kitchen and home themed imaginary play items for kids are geared towards girls with their color schemes, but it's an important developmental part of learning and play for all children regardless of whether they are a boy or a girl, so I love when I find neutral colored items like this! This would make a great starter set for any kid from about a year on up who likes to play with pots/pans/utensils and to have something to put their play food in, or as an addition to expand the items in a play kitchen like we did! Both my 4.5 year old son and 19 month old daughter love and play with this set equally! Great, reasonably priced set with a good variety of interesting items for all ages and I highly recommended it. :)

Perfect
These little pots and pans were just *perfect* for the busy little hands that are using them. They are so colorful and true to life. My grandson loves them and I looked around at many but am so thankful I picked these. The bright colors fit for either little busy boys or girls and the size are just great. My grandson can fit his little foods in the large pan and a little food or two in his flying pan as well. He can easily cook with them as the handles fit his hands. He size fit well with the Little Tikes Get Out and Grill Kitchen so I am sure it will also fit any other Kitchen too! I would buy another set in a heart beat. You won't be disappointed with these.

Great for outdoor play!
My 3 year old daughter loves to "cook" and was constantly asking if she could take her nice stainless steel cooking toys outside to play with in the sand/water table. I didn't want her nice set getting ruined so I found this set cheap on Amazon. Although this set would work inside just fine, it's perfect for outside play! There are no metal pieces (no rust) and they rinse clean easily. The variety that was in this set is great: skillet, stock pot, 2 interchangeable lids, a fun kettle, and 5 utensils (including ice-cream scoop, which is unusual). The colors where slightly different in my set than the picture (mine was only yellow, red and blue, NO green). The potato masher broke pretty much right away (it got stepped on) but the quality is pretty good and sturdy, especially considering the price. Pair this with a cheap plastic tea set and you have hours of fun outdoor creative play making mud pies and sand cakes!

Cook up a storm with this set.
This toy kitchen kettle set was the perfect size for my nephew, a 3 year old toddler who loves to get in his mothers kitchen cupboards. With his own set, it is easy to hold, sturdy and the color scheme is bright and attractive. This is a nice set for the little cook in your home. This was a birthday gift and he loved it! He wanted to play with it immediately without opening the rest of his gifts. I would recommend this set for toddlers both male or female.

Love it, but some pieces can break easily
This is such a cute set! We got this set for our two year old twins, and they immediately fell in love with them. They're the perfect size for a little toddler. My only complaint is that the utensils are a little on the flimsy side. The masher utensil broke after only a few weeks. So far the other pieces are holding up, which is awesome, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were to break as well. The actual pot, pan, and teapot are perfect and seem much more durable than the other pieces. Overall, even with the breakable nature of the utensils, it's still a cute toy and I might even buy it again. It's hard to beat the price, if nothing else!

Durable and fun
Had been looking all around for play dishes to go along with my 2 year old's play food, but a lot of stores either didn't have anything or what they did have looked so cheap and thin that I couldn't bring myself to buy them. This had good reviews, so I thought I'd try them out. I am so glad I did! The plastic is quality and durable (2 year olds can put a LOT of wear and tear on things). My kid loves it. And I am satisfied. If I need more items, I will definitely know a good company to check out for things!
