This was recommended by my doctor and he was right again. This has helped me get over the hurdle of low VitD that I've been battling for a few years now. It is much more easily absorbed and it did exactly what we needed it to do. If you are new to Metagenics, I can vouch for their extremely high quality products. I've lived on both coasts of the US and had two different doctors who are both MDs and Holistic in training and practice both recommend the Metagenics line for whatever we were trying to address. Metagenics is a little more expensive than some other products but it's high quality. It's worth it if you need real help overcoming health challenges.

I have used this product now for a few years. My home environment in the Pacific Northwest offers little sunlight. With this product, I am able to keep my Vit D levels above 50 consistently. I use 10-15 drops daily, but started with 20 because my levels were so low.

Just check the nutrition label. This bottle has a few thousand doses in it and was the recommend product from my doctor. Also has a pleasant flavor.
