I purchased 2 of these in 2022, they are still working well with no issues, powerful fan, also works well without the cooling turned on. I have given one to my mum who has COPD to help put some moister back in the air as her house is very hot and she says her breathing has improved

A must buy! Because of the hot summer, I needed something better than a fan. I was looking at a home air con unit, but the price was a no show. When I saw this model, the price was right. Used it over the hot days, brilliant!

More quiet than the last one. Gives a nice cooling flow of air. It has quite a large reservoir which is practical. Certainly helps you sleep on those hot sticky nights.

I did not pay the full price for this product as I received a gift card. Does it work? Yes. Would I pay the full price for it? No. When it comes to the basic fan settings, it is exactly what you would expect - it's a fan that works exactly the same as my previous fan for £20 from a supermarket. Yes, it can oscillate and you can choose three different speeds, but that is nothing new. The cooling function just does not make sense. You pour in cold water and put in a few ice blocks. The water will be gone in around 2 hours as it basically acts as a humidifier. I cannot really see much difference when it comes to the temperature generated, but it definitely gets more humid in the flat (which is not something you want when it's 30+ degrees). I just wished there was a way to basically just use the ice blocks/water to cool down the air getting through the system, rather than the water getting evaporated through the system. I found a solution to this, where I turned on the cooler function and then placed a de-humidifier in front of it, but as you would expect. This is not ideal, especially with there being almost no difference in temperature. It is also relatively noisy and for its size, I would expect it to be more powerful.

Cool winds with good performance

I’m sorry but I decided to return the product. It’s really just a lot bigger fan for more money. Our cheap smaller fans do the same job. The air cooling is nonexistent. After an hour in small room with loads ice in, the room was still hot and the smell of damp in the air was really obvious. Some other comments mentioned the same but I still wanted to give it a go but not unfortunately not satisfied. The delivery was amazing though. Earlier then estimated.
