I really like the club locking system
I bought this bag a month ago. I am really enjoying this bag. I really like the club locking system. Sometimes it is a little difficult to lock the clubs in. I like the shoulder straps and the seem to balance the weight evenly between both shoulders. I have read several reviews on this product before i purchased it. Several people were complaining about it not fitting into a golf cart. It fit into a golf cart for me. Yes it is a little snug in the cart but fits fine. It has a pass through cart strap and i had no problems accessing all the pockets in this bag. The pockets are really well placed for access in the golf cart and walking. I play 200 rounds a year both walking and riding. I would recommend this bag.

If you Drive with your golf clubs in the trunk, you NEED this bag
If you Drive with your golf clubs in the trunk, you NEED this bag. The silencer club sleeves keep my clubs from rattling and hitting each other. They also are quiet when driving over bumps. I don't know what I would do if I had to hear my clubs rattling every day for my hour-long commute. The bag has tons of pockets, and the zippers are strong. I have had zero quality concerns in the year that I've owned this bag. Highly recommend.

Great Bag, but Not Perfect
I've had the bag a few weeks now and while I really like it, I can appreciate where some of the criticisms are coming from. First off, I have absolutely been able to fit the bag in a cart, but I admit it took a couple of minutes to figure out how to do it. The pressure switch for the stand sticks out a few inches from the base, which means that the bag will not fit nicely in the cart with it facing inwards or out. If, however, you aim it towards the middle, it fits well and you still have access to the pockets.Second, sometimes the clubs do not want to go all the way in on the first try. It's pretty annoying and haven't had the bag long enough to diagnose the issue. Nevertheless, I'm usually able to rectify the problem within a minute while someone else is hitting so it's not enough to make me lose my mind.Third, unlike some other bags, there is no strap between the legs of the stand. The effect of this is that if you plant it on a surface where the legs can slide, the weight of the bag will cause then to split pretty wide apart. I left mine in a standing position on tile to dry after getting caught in some rain, and when I came back in an hour, the thing was shockingly close to the floor. This probably will never be an issue on grass, but I mention it because I read a review complaining about the strength of the legs. I do feel like this part could have been designed better, but I don't think it's a deal breaker.Beyond these observations, it's great. Lots of pockets.

Beware the golf cart issue
Everything about the bag is pretty damn good HOWEVER,it's difficult to get the clubs to stay in the designed slot which is not that big of a deal. But the bag would hardly fit in a golf cart!!!! The bottom stand piece sticks out to far making an awkward fit in the cart. Also the bottom clip would constantly pop off which keeps the legs from propping open. You can click the lever back inbut this is just a bad design in my opinion.

Not The Best Choice For A Carry Bag
UPDATE (12/18/2016): After using this bag for almost six months, I'm adding some additional observations, and dropping my score from five stars to three stars.PROS: The "silencer" membrane does indeed keep the clubs from rattling while walking the course, and also keeps them from sliding out of the bag while in the cargo area of my car. The number and size of the pockets are just right for carrying essentials, but don't encourage stuffing every bit of golf gear you own into your bag! The padded area on the side makes for a comfortable round.CONS: The grip clips in the base are quite finicky about accepting the grips when inserted. The result is having two or three clubs sticking out higher than the others, which causes clubheads to rattle and clank. The included carry strap is designed to have elastic give, making the load less fatiguing, but the straps also twist around in the buckles, and dig into my shoulders. (I solved this by changing the stock "Y" strap for a "Sidewinder" ergonomic single strap, which is much superior in every way.) The "silencer" system also adds 2-3 pounds of weight to this carry bag. I can still walk 18 holes on an uphill, long course, but my colleagues who are caddies keep asking me, "Why intentionally carry a heavier bag?" They have a very good point! Another negative: The zippers bind very frequently, which means I have to use two hands to open most of the compartments...so I have to set the bag down every time I want to get into the compartments. Not a deal-breaker, but it's annoying.Final "Con": This bag doesn't fit very well in either a pull/push cart, or a motorized golf cart, due to the overly-large leg extender tab on the base. (Giving credit where due, this design does help the legs to extend easily and reliably when set down.)If I had it to do over again, I would probably NOT buy this bag...but it's not so bad that I'm going to dump it in favor of purchasing a replacement.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed to replace my relatively new Datrek carry bag, after two zippers blew out, and one of the strap attachment points broke. This OGIO Silencer stand bag caught my eye, because I really hate clanking my way around the course. I ordered it several days ago, and it arrived this morning. Wasting no time in getting it "golf ready", I was impressed with the quiet, smooth zippers, ample pockets, appearance and overall design. My only concern arose when I started inserting my clubs; the Woode Silencer system requires a slightly different arrangement than traditional bags. I finally did an internet search for "Arranging clubs in a golf bag", and found a photo of a similar OGIO bag with clubs inserted.(I've included this photo with my review.) I followed the example, and I'm very happy with the result! I played 9 holes at my golf course this afternoon, and found this fully-laden bag to be exceptionally comfortable to carry, easy to maneuver, and to quote Elmer Fudd, ..."Werry, werry QUIET!" Straps are nicely padded, and have a great elasticity, which eases the loadbearing effort. If the Green Berets or SEALs ever needed to carry out a covert, stealthy golf mission, this would be the bag they'd no doubt select!I highly recommend this OGIO Silencer stand bag, based on its first use. In the event it doesn't hold up under repeated use, I will update this review accordingly!

Love this bag
Love this bag! I've purchased 3 different bags in the last month and this one is exactly what I've been looking for. I have other Ogio bags and I should have started with them first. Everything is laid out in a manner that makes sense. The club locking system is very cool. I think it will take a little getting used to but once the bag breaks in a bit, it should be perfect. I've yet to see how if fits on the golf cart. I'll know tomorrow but even if its a little awkward, I feel like it's a small flaw that isn't a deal breaker. Overall, love love love this bag and I think if you're looking at one, you will too!I couldn't be happier.Edit: still loving this bag! Who ever said it didn't fit in a golf cart must have had a tiny cart. Or maybe the club near me has oversized bag areas. In any case, it fit perfectly. No issues what so ever. You want this bag?? Buy it! Worth every cent.
