I have been suffering for knee pain for several years now and unfortunately the NHS is still unable to find the exact issue... Running out of options, I decided to give these knee straps a go, as the brace I had (prescribed by a doctor) was not very comfortable after a few hours of use. The issue is definitely not resolved, however I can say that the knee straps are for sure helping in reliving some of the pain and providing a bit more comfort, especially while exercising.I’ve been dealing with knee pain for several years, and unfortunately the NHS has still not been able to identify the exact cause. After running, my knees regularly have soreness under the patella/the patella tendon for days, so I bought these to try and stabilise the patella and minimise impact on it during runs. I can say that these do work to a degree as I experience maybe half the usual pain and pain recovery for the next run is quicker. My only gripe is that the velcro only lasted around 6 months. I pull them quite tight as they need to be to stabilise the knee. Unfortunately the velcro isn't as sticky anymore and now the straps will come undone quite easily during runs, so I will either have to purchase these again or look for another pair. If that's the life cycle of this kind of product then so be it. All in all, I do recommend if you need some pain relief of the patella tendon during your runs.

I'm recovering from knee surgery and this provided good support through the healing. Made walks much more comfortable. Seems good quality. No complaints.

Have been struggling with pain in the left knee cap, I'm much weaker on this side and have hypermobility so have been having physio to help strengthen the knee and hip. She suggested a brace like this but only to wear when I needed the extra help like on a long walk or standing around a lot. They came with a larger strap and a smaller one. I wear leggings a lot and they fit very comfortably over the top of them and don't budge at all. When in shorts I can feel the brace digging in a little bit more around the back of the knee but it's not too uncomfortable. It really does feel more supported and helps my knee not feel so loose and allows me to move without feeling any pain. The welcome is strong and seems like it will last.

Have really helped support my patella tendinitis. I was cynical but now surprised as they do work. They support sufficiently for Crossfit (lunges / squats) and stop my knee from aching when I sit still for too long. Would have been five stars but I'm very slim-legged and even the small strap (two sizes provided) is a little too big and the velcro overlaps at the back.

Ogni anno trascorro diverse settimane in montagna nel Parco Adamello Brenta. Tante salite e discese con dislivelli importanti e tanto lavoro x tendini e rotule. Ho comprato questi tutori x me, x mia moglie e x mio figlio. Dopo la prima settimana avverto affaticamento nei muscoli delle cosce, ma gli aghi nei ginocchi x ora non li sento. Sono estremamente soddisfatto. Al rientro scriverò un'altra recenzione.
