Another horrible Amazon buy. Lately buying anything seems totally suspect. A week waiting for delivery, only to get a screen that works with the S-Pen but not with my finger. Then have to ship back to China, only to wait for a replacement. Almost 1 month with out a working phone? If I could do it again, it isn't worth it.

Great product. My phone is like new again. You get what you pay for with screens, and this product was definitely worth every penny. Looks just like my old screen, but in less pieces. Shipping does take a little while to make it from China, but that is no big deal.Installing the screen was pretty easy after watching a few Youtube videos. I did get the old screen a little too warm; burnt it actually while attempting to get the glue on the screen to release. The heat gun I used may be a little overkill, but definitely did the job. Apparently Samsung installed my screen with the mightest glue ever made, but with a lot of patience it finally came out. After cleaning up the extra shards of glass, it was as simple as peeling off a glue strip (not included, but only a couple dollars), placing that on the screen, then sliding into place. Note: It's best to leave something heavy(ish) like a book on top of the phone for about 20 minutes until the glue strips have time to think about life and seal, but once that was done, my phone was like brand new again!My new screen looks identical to the old one. The included tools really helped a lot after I got the glue to relax. Another note: I had to use a very tiny knife to get the glue to initially release. It wasn't included, but the included plastic tools helped a lot to free the old busted screen.If you're on the edge on whether to buy a cheaper screen or spending the money to get a better quality screen with the digitizer, this one is probably your best bet.

I received it the way I wanted it

My Note 4 was crushed with a specific point of compression in the top right corner. The screen had gone completely black & the glass was shattered in a spiderweb from that corner. I didn't know if it could be fixed. This piece was exactly what I needed. It's perfect now, my phone is alive again with full functionality. Excellent product.

Don't expect a brand new screen, mine came with a few scratches on the back.

The screen worked for a week then one day it just went dark like my brightness is down all theway but its not. the screen has a green tint to the color and i can barley see anything... very very dissappointed.

It was missing the seal to put it back together. So not good.
