I spent 200 dollars on a supplement. Totally worth it though. I take it with high dose of vitamin c powder daily and methyl folate and methyl b12, vegan vit D for my mthfr. Excellent results. I look so much healthier. Difference in skin within a day or two. My health is improved, I feel better. Also eating whole foods high in folate. I am buying it for a 4th time.
