These are great pro biotics. This is my third order and I am very pleased with them.

This was shipped inside of a styrofoam cooler with ice packs (within a shipping box). Great product and great packaging! Received within 48hrs.

These seem to be working well but as feedback to the company, I known it says they can be good for up to 2 weeks at room temperature but the whole idea in ordering this maximum strength product with refrigeration is for effectiveness and mine were not refrigerated and warm. I understand it could be a transit issue but for my condition I'm needing the best product out there. This is my second bottle. I'm happy with the first order and it was indeed very cold so I'll continue.

I have been ordering this product from Amazon for a year or two now. He says it helps with his digestion issues. The brand works great for him. I also ordered some for women for myself. The problem with this order is it came in a regular bubble envelope, not a cold pack. This is the first time this has happened. We were not at home so the person that brought in our mail left it on the counter not realizing it needs refrigeration.

They have done what I wanted them to do for my gut.
