So easy to use that my 4 year old helped!
Three easy to open rolls with basic instructions included. My 4 year old helped cover some of her favorite picture books. The covers look great and our books are protected. I had watched a tutorial online with the paper opening only at the bottom. This cover has the paper side split in the middle and made it much easier to lift the bottom up for the proper fit. We will be getting more! The two smaller rolls covered a dozen large picture books (with some leftover for another chapter book) and the largest roll is still unused. Great value!Pictures show:1 & 2. Type and amount of books covered, plus there is a full roll left.3. Folded and taped the lower paper side to the upper side. The book cover is not taped, but is still held firmly in the covering.

Much easier to use than I imagined with excellent results.
Had my doubts about how easy this would be to use to get good results, but no more. Simple use with excellent results. The 10" role fits most standard size books, so I went through this roll really fast. I was able to cover 8 - 1" to 2" thick books with a section of "waste" left over (see photo) from the 5-yard 10" roll.Update 25Apr2025Note that the vast majority of books out there will fit into either the 10" OR 12" covers and will be too large for the 14". Your best buy is to order the pack the has 10-yard rolls of the 10" and 12" covers, the 14" is not as useful.

Perfect archival book jacket covers!
Perfect archival book jacket covers! I searched all over the place looking for the best archival covers for my collection of books, and these are great. I bought a bunch of different sizes, cut them to size using my tabletop paper cutter, and easily added them to my books. I got the hang of it quickly and covered about a dozen books every hour.

Good quality book covers.
I love covering my hardcovers with this. Protects them from little hands that want to explore my library and aren't necessarily careful. A little expensive to protect books but I want to keep my library long-term... so its an investment or so i tell myself. XD

Protect Your Treasured Books
I take pretty good care of my books, but when I discovered these archival book jackets, I thought they were a good product to protect the books that truly give me joy.I bought this 10"/12"/14" 15-yard combo, along with the 30-Yard Brodart Just-A-Fold III Archival Book Jacket Covers Combo - 10, 12 & 14". These sizes were the most versatile for the type of books I had, which are mainly first edition hardcover books as well as very large Art Of books I've been collecting.— FITTING —This is my first product of this type and I think this is pretty easy to put on. Here are my steps to putting it on, and I suggest a smaller practice book to start with:1) Choose a jacket protector height (10"/12"/14") for your book. It should be as close to the height of the book as possible and meet the minimum book height.2) Spread the roll on a clean table.3) Take off your book's jacket and slide in the bottom half of it into the bottom half of the jacket protector.4) Measure the width of the protector so that there is at least 1cm of extra space on the left and right side of the book jacket. Mentally or physically mark one edge to cut.5) Use a Fiskars 12" Titanium Paper Trimmer, or scissors to cut the appropriate size off.6) Put the top half of the book jacket in.7) Make sure the bottom half of the book jacket is flush at the bottom of the protector. Once flush you can fold down the top half of the protector to the height of the book jacket. I normally leave 1mm or less as breathing room and so it won't be too tight.8) Use a Sharpie or pen (called a bone folder, but I think it's a waste of money) to crease the entire length of the top where you folded the protector to fit the book.9) But the now finished book jacket with protector back on your hardcover.YouTube how to do this as it's a lot easier to understand when you see it done.— IMPROVEMENTS —It would be great if the PVA material didn't crease so easily if you accidentally mishandled it. I would love a matte option because once your books are protected they do look like books you would find in the library.— SUMMARY —All the books that bring me the most joy are now in this jacket. It's not a necessity but I feel a little better knowing that some of my more expensive or treasured books are protected. Recommended.

Great way to protect cookbooks or other documents of importance
These cellophane covers are just like those used at libraries to protect the beautiful paper covers on important books. I like them especially for cookbooks that can get soiled if used as a resource in the kitchen while food preparation is underway!
