Diode Dynamics H9 SL1 Cool White LED Fog Light Bulbs Pair

I have a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that came with OEM halogen bulbs in low and high beams and fog lamps. First i had installed 1 set of Morimoto XB HID kit for low beams and the output was great, but this vehicle's electronic system is very sensitive and i had to take the HIDs out because it was having problems with one side not lighting up sometimes, even with canbus adapters.I came across Diode Dynamics SL1 led bulbs online and decided to give it a try after watching installation and performance videos in youtube. I first installed a set of H11's in the low beams. The output was better that halogen, but the HID system gave more output down the road. Later i decided to install a set of DD H9 SL1 led bulbs in my high beams and i'm still amazed with the light output of my high beams with these bulbs!So far i haven't had any problems with these 2 sets of led bulbs and i see better at night, but have in mind that for this vehicle is mandatory to purchase the anti-flicker modules from Diode Dynamics as well for both applications to prevent flickering from the bulbs. Because of this Jeep's configuration it's a little troublesome to install the bulbs in place but it is worth the effort.These bulbs are designed for use in projector and reflector applications, but they perform best with reflectors. The led chips are correctly aligned to sit in the same place of the halogen filament once the bulbs are in place and this allows for the beam pattern to be as close as possible to the factory beam pattern of these headlights. I surely recommend the DD SL1 led bulbs for upgrading halogen headlights!
