Clears up my skin!
This is the ONIY product that works on my rashes. The smell fades after a few minutes. Used to be embarrassed with these psoriatic rashes on my legs. Had to use leg makeup. I stated using this and the rashes are GONE, the skin is soft. Maybe coal tar isn’t good for you in the long run, but it’s the only thing that works for me. Pricey script meds do NOTHING, I’ll continue with the coal tar. It proves the old ways are still the best ways.

For anyone with a mysterious rash
A few years ago, I developed a mysterious rash that took over my feet, the insides of my thighs, my hands and the inside of my forearms. At first I thought it was ringworm, but after it failed to respond to ringworm meds, I went to my dermatologist who could not determine what it was. They thought perhaps psoriasis, but the tests were inconclusive. After redness and the worst dry, cracked peeling of my life and a few tubes of prescription Clobetosol, I came across this. It is worth every penny. I credit it for the condition of my skin today. I no longer need to use it because my skin stopped breaking out. Also I have no scars on the areas. Great stuff.

Nice but lightweight
I have small patches of psoriasis on my elbows, knees and ears. The tar-based, thicker solutions are nice but stain my clothes. I bought this to relieve itching and lessen flakes without worrying about such stains. I put it on after my morning shower and it works well, but by mid-afternoon it's worn off. Most days I reapply it, then use something thicker at night after my Epsom salt bath. Can't say I've had any real clearing since using this product, but I don't have yucky gray scales anymore, either.

Terrible Smell
Didn’t work at all and I smelled like someone who works with cars all day.

Works on everything
It doesn't smell the best, but it is a good price and I use it a lot on skin irritations and it takes care of it within a few days at the most.

Great product!
I was looking for something that would relieve the itching, and this did the trick. It is liquidy, as others have said, so you have to be careful when dispensing it. Do not squeeze the bottle, or it will gush out. I found that gently tapping the opening on my index finger yielded enough to apply without having excess. Used this way makes it cost-effective. It does not smell the best, but it dissipates quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Did not do anything
Purchased and used on recommendation from dermatologist to help with callouses and skin on feet. Soaked feet as directed for several days. Did not notice any difference.
