Want a great keyboard - go no further!
We have a Yamaha grand (a C7) at home, but the one of us who teaches Kindergarten uses this keyboard in the classroom. It is GREAT! The sound and the pressure sensitive keys makes this an excellent tool. It's sound is full and loud (when you want it to be), and it's easy and light to carry. When you have a C7 to play at home and this keyboard you have the best of both worlds.

Plays well, good features, portable
This is the second Yamaha electric keyboard I have purchased (the first one being the P71, also known as the p45). I wanted a keyboard that was more portable (this keyboard can run off batteries).I consider myself a beginner / intermediate player and this piano I feel fits that role fine. It has full sized keys (unlike some of the other portable keyboards) and they are touch sensitive. Also it has many voices to allow you to experiment with. The main features I feel that this keyboard lacks are weighted keys and the 88 key standard size (although a full size keyboard would also detract from it's portability). As such it may take some adjustment playing on this vs a real piano. Also the wood grain may fool somebody from 10 feet away, but up close you can tell it's plastic.Lastly, this keyboard does include a clip on music stand and DC power adapter. However, it does not include batteries (you must either supply 6 AA's yourself or plug it into a standard US wall outlet).

GRAND PIANO!
I LOVE MY NEW YAMAHA 360 KEYBOARD! SOUNDS JUST LIKE A GRAND PIANO! JUST RECEVED IT 2 DAYS AGO, AND I CANNOT STOP PLAYING IT! I LOVE THE SUSTAIN BUTTON. I LEAVE IT ON THE GRAND PIANO SETTING. YOU CAN PLAY CLASSICAL OR ANYTHING ELSE ON THIS KEYBOARD. I WANTED A QUALITY KEYBOARD, AND YAMAHA MAKES THE BEST KEYBOARDS! SO RICH AND FULL. I ALSO LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL WALNUT COLOR.

A return to playing piano
Just retired and haven't had a piano for 20 years so I'm starting from scratch with some used piano lesson and exercise books so I don't miss anything. Therefore, I am not using all of the features of this keyboard...mainly the Grand Piano mode and the Sustain (which gives the sound of holding the pedal down.) The Tempo and Metronome are handy. The sound suits me just fine and I have limited space in my home so the 61 key, as opposed to the full 88 key keyboard, are adequate most of the time. (I swap it out with my computer keyboard. ) I'm enjoying it and play/ practice most days and feel this is better, and more rewarding, mental stimulation than an app. :) It's light enough that I can slip it inside the plastic bag that it came in and slide it under my sofa when I need to put it away. It came boxed and packaged very well.

Good for beginners, I guess
It looks okay and does function as a keyboard, but the sounds are unremarkable and definitely not true to tone. The touch sensitivity is there but still only within the realm of a plastic keyboard feel (not weighted at all) and, most importantly, the display does not light up so it cannot be seen unless you're standing directly over the keyboard with plenty of lighting (mostly unreadable while seated). It will do while someone is learning the basics, but won't work for anyone not playing chopsticks alone in their own room in broad daylight.

Nice portable keyboard
I watched several YouTube reviews of this keyboard and the one thing that was typically overlooked was the number and types of sounds (patches). For the money, I think this is a great choice and not just for beginners. Sometimes experience players need a portable (and yes - battery powered! if needed) keyboard that has decent sounds, good construction. I would recommend this keyboard. Shipment packaging was very solid as well.

Beautiful to look at and wonderful to play.
This piano is so great. It looks so sleek and beautiful, the wood finish is soooo pretty. I love the key touch sensitivity, it works great. I use the sustain button almost always, it makes it sound beautiful. I basically only use one voice, which is the default one, I don’t care for the others that much. It is not midi-compatible but I didn’t really plan on connecting it to a computer. My boyfriend bought it for me as an anniversary present and I love it.

76 key is better
The return process was phenomenal and so easy. However I would recommend a 76 key piano the size and range makes a HUGE difference, the psre-w310 is much better and only 30-70$more. Aside from that the piano has great touch sensitivity and is very lightweight and cute with a nice design. It does NOT however have a MIDI port, that is an error in the description. This is an important feature for some. Regardless overall a great piano for beginners, it sounds great but if you want a more official feeling piano the yamaha psr e310 is the better choice (you can look up youtube reviews from a professional)
