It uses the american plug but getting an adapter isn't enough since it says it can only use a certain voltage. Voltage adapters break down easily from my mum's research and also have constant problems with overheating, so just not worth it in the UK

This is a really nice rice cooker. It has produced consistently good results. So much easier than cooking rice in a pot on the stove. So glad I purchased it!

cooks a great rice i do not like sticky rice this ones cooks my rice really good i just add a bit extra rice so my rice is not sticky or sometimes ill hold back alittle water out come is the same i love how u can just start it and leave it it going to warming when it done cooking its very easy to use and very easy to clean very happy with it
