About the lock can't be opened you mentioned, we guess that the lock code might be revised during the production process, you can try to follow the instructions below to find your previous password: 1, carefully observed below digital turntable lock, use the flashlight, rotating disk password, you will see a small hole (very small) 2, Make three holes pointing in one direction (the direction as shown), at this time record these three figures. 3, the three figures minus 2 (or 3), the result is the password you previously set. For example, when I go to the 259, the holes are facing the same direction as shown, while every number of 259 minus 2, that is 037 and 037 is the password you set before. Please refer to the picture in attachment. Now you have finished resetting the lock. Please remember your new password by heart. if it doesn't work, please contact us again.
