People… seriously.. if you have a hitch mount on the back of your vehicle it should work… the only thing that could be a problem is if you have a rear mounted spare tire that is mounted far out from vehicle.. … ( I have one and it still works) If you honestly have to ask if a tow rack is gonna work with every vehicle ever made then maybe you shouldn’t be using one…

How many full regular kitchen trash bags could fit on this (assuming strapped down with a net) without stacking?

You can fit 2 32 gallon trash cans with room to spare. In those trash cans you can fit at least 6 or 7 stuffed 13-gallon bags in each, which would yield 12-14 bags. Not sure why others wouldn't use pails to maximize capacity. Those bags are so thin I would never want to put them directly in a cargo rack.
