Our third try to find a soap pump that we like, third time’s the charm! Looks great, finish is easy to keep clean. O-rings keep it neat and tidy.

Five stars PLUS however it is a -qualified- five plus rating.. If you are using a pre punched hole in the sink I believe that as we you will quickly discover that the arm is just a bit too short to get the liquid into rather than onto your sink . The solution is as simple as moving the dispenser just a bit closer but alas once again I am confident in typing that as we you similarly will realize that the problem is now just a bit of the knock out is no longer covered by the dispenser base ;a real bummer. We opted to cob up an aluminum oversized cover and it works perfectly-other than this I think the only option is to drill a hole close enough but not so close that you will no longer be able to mount the soap bottle thus requiring the purchase of an extended supply hose which may or may not work-of course the factory knock out would be covered by a readily available snap in cover. We are quite happy with the dispenser which fills from the top by the way- typical flawless Grohe fit/finish and heft. It works perfectly and Amazon had it to us in less than 3 days; not just a home run but a grand slam all around.

This is the one if you want quality and not having to change it for at least 5/10 years.

Wonderful! I bought two of these Grohe soap dispensers to REPLACE the Kraus brand I bought 2 years ago that both started to rust inside the soap chamber- The Kraus brand uses a metal soap "straw" that rusts and gets into soap. It was gross.. This Grohe model- beautiful stainless on the outside but the inside of it (that is underneath the counter) is plastic so it won't rust and stay clean forever. Highly recommend!

Reliable pump. Holds 16oz. of liquid. We cut the Dawn dish soap 2:1 with water to thin it - works better, goes farther.

Looks great but, I only get one pump to of it. it takes about 10 minutes for the plunger to fully rebound. On the bright side, it saves on soap. (sarcasm)

Replaced a different unit I installed a few weeks prior due to soak draining back into the bottle. This unit has a very solid feel and dispenses the perfect amount pr pump.

Had our plumber install this Grohe Cosmopolitan soap dispenser several weeks ago. Wish I had read the horrible reviews before I purchased. It's not made properly. It is not stable as it spins and wobbles when you use it or try to clean it. It already stopped working and they sent me a new one. Unfortunately, it works just like the old one. Grohe should have their designers correct this problem before they sell anymore of this model. I had a Grohe soap dispenser for almost 30 years. I only replaced it because the bottle broke when a plumber was down there futzing with something else. My original Grohe was made in Germany. High quality and really worked! The box on this new dispenser says made in China. Grohe please pay attention to your products made in other countries. This is a big disappointment to all your loyal customers.
