Mustache Wax 2 Pack - Beard & Moustache Wax for Men - Strong Hold Helps Train Tame & Style (Citrus & Sandalwood, 2 pack)

This is by far the best wax for two types of users: 1) beginners needing to learn to use mustache wax and 2) those of us who don’t want a hard wax. For the beginners, it’s easy to use, comes with a guitar pick that you use to scoop a little bit out and is mostly error proof in the application. So, if you’re new to waxing your caterpillar, this is an excellent choice. Buy it, learn your own technique with wax and then move up the line in hardness if you so desire. For those who have been using waxes for a while but don’t want a hard wax and don’t need a highly stylized twist, this is also an excellent choice. I prefer to curl the ends up just a bit with a natural look to them, and this product does the trick. It softens throughout the day but still holds the hair in place. It’s also good for taming the stray runaway hairs without gluing them to upper lip. I like that I can still use my handmade British mustache combs throughout the day without them getting stuck. So, if you want a hard wax to really twist and curl your ends, this may not be for you. But, if your looking for subtle hold and a soft feel, this wax is excellent. And it has just the right amount of fragrance (per my lady friends). Did I mention the guitar pick that pulls just the right amount of wax? I guess, I did. Twice now. It’s that nifty.

Scent - sandlewood scent is almost non-existent which is ok as it goes with any scent beard oil and/or cologne. Citrus scent is a bit stronger. Has a fresh, clean scent but not overpowering. Being citrus I only pair it with other citrus products. Conditioning - works great as a conditioner but it take awhile for it to soak into the whiskers which is linked to it's holding ability. I find I get best results from this wax if I don't use an oil or a balm in my mustache. Hold - this is a light hold wax which can help in training the mustache to a basic shape. If your looking for a sharp handlebar this product isn't going to do the job. That being said, it's good for beginners to learn how to use wax. The stronger hold waxes can be frustrating to a beginner. As the conditioner part of this wax soaks into the whiskers it will lose about half of its holding power. It takes about 3 hours for it to soak in and it takes about 4ish hours before I want to do a touch up. The touch ups I do is mostly on the bottom of the mustache to catch the whiskers starting to drop down over my lip. Size - ppl have complained about the size of the containers. If you read the description it says .5 oz and you get 2 of them. That's 1oz all together which is what you'd get from other company's waxes. 1oz of wax used daily lasts me several months. The small .5 oz containers are perfect for pocket take alongs for occasional touch ups. Price - at less than 9 dollars this is inexpensive and does a fairly decent job for what it is. Other companies will charge $15 and up for 1oz of wax. Application - ppl have complained about drying white. You have to warm this up between your fingers before use and it's best to comb the wax through the whiskers before it starts to dry. This will keep it from leaving visable white residue. It's by far the easiest wax to use as it melts easily and helps beginners learn to use wax properly. Re-buy? - I'll keep this on hand for days when I don't want or need my mustache to be perfect but still want to keep the whiskers out of my mouth.

I started to grab my mustache and wanted to curl the tips. Putting this on your mustache and heating it up with a blow.Dryer helps to style it and keeps it in place.And it has pleasant scent to it.

I went with this brand bc their last product (with the rectangular tins) was the strongest I had ever used and held up all day at work, during exercise/sweats, late nights, even rolling over when I slept. this new round tin seems to be softer and more easily spread, but the hold seems inferior to me. same great scent but does not hold up well after a few hours. wish I had the other firmer rectangular tin version

Not as strong as Honest Amish, but very good for my beard. The Clary Sage scent, when used with the matching oil and balm lasts all day and into the night. The sandalwood is equal. The Cedar/Pine and Bay Rum are excellent too, but the scent seems to fade much faster than the other two. A bit weak for the peak heat of summer but overall a very excellent product line/brand. Besides, there are stronger hold waxes of other brands if that's what you need or want in a wax. Definitely worth a try. One wish: A larger size container I give it a 9/10 and will buy again.

So I will start with the good of course Product came in and was in great shape and in texas heat I was shocked it was not melted Next I tried it out having only used the omish brand I am new to this all but wanted something that holds a lot more and longer and was not greasy all day. This product shocked me it worked so dam well it held my beard in place all day with no problems and no greasy mess it let me shape it any way I wanted and it stayed in place. Now let’s deal with the cons When I got the product it was as small al say a quarter lol. I was sad by that but fine being that I never used this before. Next when I opened it and tried to get some it was like needing a jack hammer to get some out. Don’t get me wrong once it’s out and in your hand it melted nice. Last there is no real smell to it and the little smell it has goes away fast like within the hour or less. My recommendations if you have used this before and are in it for the hold then yes this works hella good. No greasy mess. But if your going for smell and hold you might need a smelling oil to add or something. Oh and last it does dry pretty fast but then again I use a blow dryer to get my goaty to get how I like

These work great for my Stache! The lemon scent is soft and citrusy, and the other is soothing and calming. They apply easily with the wipe of your finger or just the pick of a comb. Not to rigid, which allows your lip caterpillar to breathe and still have some flow. Thanks for the sticker too!

You will receive two, fairly small tubs and they will allow you to model your moustache however you wish, and keep it in place. Good stuff!!!
