Is this tall enough to stand while using a laptop?

I use mine standing but I do it by putting it on a table. It is not tall enough to be a free standing standing desk but on top of a table it is perfect. In fact I use 2 - one for the laptop and one for the monitor

Low: approx. 14 inches. High: approx. 30 inches. You can adjust the height by telescoping the legs. I hope this helps.

can this table support a portable projector?

I use these all the time in courtrooms with projectors. It will hold modern Epson projectors, but not the bigger ones. stick to something the same footprint as the table top and you should be fine. Push the legs outward for more stability.

Can I buy replacement legs? The socket unglued after the leg opening went oval on one side.
