Great fit and quality.
My second HJC helmet and only because I was ready for a change.

Unbeatable value
I spent a few days nerding out on motorcycle helmets to choose what would replace an older HJC I have. I think the C70 is unbeatable for a full face helmet. It has a pin lock compatible visor, the visor has a lock mechanism to keep it closed during a crash but it’s still simple to open when you want to, flip down shaded sun visor. The only thing it doesn’t have is pockets for Bluetooth speakers. The big selling point for me was the helmets safety rating. Of course it’s DOT which really means nothing since all helmets have that but the C70 is ECE rated and got 5 stars from SHARP. I don’t think you can find a helmet with all these features and such good safety ratings for the price of this one. I chose the flat black version and removed all the stickers for the clean flat black look I wanted. I like this helmet so much that I might get a second one in another color just because.

Comfortable right out of the box and value priced.
This is my third HJC Helmet in 10 years, the second with the Fighter Pilot drop-down visor. HJC is comfortable and durable, and my Cardos fight nicely. My first HJC 70 had a spring-loaded drop-down return on the visor, while the new HJC 70 has a manual return.

Very impressed!
I did a lot of research and landed on this helmet and am not disappointed. My head size was right on edge between L and XL so I ordered L and it was JUST too small. I exchanged for an XL and it fit perfectly. The shaded visor is a huge plus and the wind noise is much less than my old one. In a few years when this has outlived its usefulness I'll be back for another!

Scratches super easy
Overall a decent helmet, especially for the price, but both the helmet itself and the acrylic visor scratch really easily. This was my first helmet so not sure if all helmets are like that so let that be known. I've tried the toothpaste rubbing hack on the visor but it didn't work at all. Will need to get a replacement.
