The Bad:Noise cancelation does not exist since earpiece not tight in or on ear. Highly susceptible to noise from power lines and security equip, causing not to work even if phone is in pocket. Clips break easily- easy to get replacement packs of clips through Amazon. No Bixby button.The Good:Sound quality is excellent! Battery life, I have used it 20+ hours and still had more life. Range of about 60 feet depending on environment and electric noise. Comfortable to use even with glasses on. Many that are priced 10 times as much are not as good and I got a second as a pair I dont need yet. Great buy

This is one of the best headsets you will ever use to hear the person you are speaking to and for them to be able to hear you. I have ordered extras to keep in each car because of the value and because they work. I have used many different styles and this one is comfortable and not only does it sound good on my end as most do but it also sounds good for the party that's calling you and they can actually hear you where many fail this one works. Battery life is exceptional 3 days easy and like I say it's not a one-sided conversation the other party can hear you as well as you can hear them. You can also listen to music all day with these. Very easy to operate and the dedicated on and off switch is a very big plus. They swivel silicone ear hook is also very comfortable and secure.

The shipping was right on time and was well packaged. The headset was very reasonably priced. Now for the big thing my old headset was hard to hear on, I couldn't get it loud enough to hear what callers were saying. This new headset is 10 times better I can hear and be heard. If you're just wanting a cheap hands free this is it. If you are trying to work, talk to clients, or just don't want the person to hear every little thing that's going on around you, move on to the next. This won't be for you.Ups: it's comfortable. Wrapped around the ear like a charm, doesn't wiggle, it stays in firm. It has this little attachment that turns it into earphones for both ears which was pretty cool. It also comes with a nice case. The battery seems to last a really long time. So my Note picks up battery levels of my Bluetooth devices and I was on the phone for hours with barely 10% utilized.Downs: this is going to be my back up set. When I say that people on the other end can hear everything in the background, I mean EVERYTHING. They can hear what's going on in another room better than you can hear it yourself. Also on the other end, it sounds like you're on speakerphone. It has an odd echo to it as if you're picking up the call from a bathroom. They can hear you fine, but that's it. It does not have good range so if you're like me and put the phone down and walk around while you talk, don't. Keep the phone near you because it doesn't go far. You can hear the other party just fine, as a matter of fact this little speaker gets very loud. But if you're going to listen to music, you'll do better with the cheapest Walmart earbud you can find. The sound is absolutely terrible. Zero bass, all the high pitch treble that you could ask for. Hardly any noise cancelling, so overall you'll have to use it in a secluded room to be any efficient.In my opinion, it's cheap, and although the quality isn't there by far, it still works. It's a Bluetooth that can take calls wirelessly and music can play through it.

Bought these 2 last month and in BOTH of the Earpieces it's hard to hear the other party you're talking to.The sound is muffled and staticky when they speak, to where you can't really make out what the other person is saying.I would not recommend!! Trash!
