Angrox Universal Remote Control for Samsung-TV-Remote All Samsung LCD LED HDTV 3D Smart TVs Models

I lost the original remote that came with my 55" ONN Roku TV (the one Walmart sells) and was dreading having to pay $20–$30 at the store for another one. Found this 2-pack for basically the same price as one and figured I’d give it a shot. These work FLAWLESSLY. Paired with my TV in literally 3 seconds – no codes, no setup, nothing. Just put in the batteries (not included), pointed it at the TV, and it worked instantly. Controls everything: power, volume, mute, home, navigation, Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/YouTube buttons – all the shortcut keys work perfectly on my ONN, and my buddy tested the second one on his TCL Series 6 and it worked right out of the box too. Build quality is honestly better than the factory remote. Buttons have a nice clicky feel, not mushy at all, and the range is excellent – I can change channels from the kitchen now. Already tossed the old crusty original in a drawer as backup. For under $15 for TWO remotes that work this well? Absolute no-brainer. One stays on the coffee table, the other is now in the bedroom for when we watch TV in there. If you have any Roku TV (TCL, Hisense, ONN, etc.), just buy these. Zero regrets. Highly recommend – saved me time and money!

I was skeptical of this product as replacement. The cost was worth a shot. I only needed one but I’ll just keep other as backup since my kids always lose the remote. It works just like the OEM. I can even program it with my Amazon fire cube/firestick compatible with no issues and works like it’s suppose to. No complaints. Voice control works like original. There is no input lag with all my devices. There was no setup required.

Great experience with these remotes. We had a Samsung my youngest son was using for his gaming and couldn’t find the remote. It was easy to buy these for a great price, get them the next day and have them work automatically as soon as the batteries were in. Highly recommend!

Looks feel and performers just like the original. About two months in and no issues. It set up instantly, less than ten seconds to link to TV.

Works as expected. The only downside is if you aren’t pointing it directly at tv, at the right angle, then it doesn’t work. Old remote didn’t require this technique

I have been using the Roku app remote on my phone for monthS- like a long time. I was hesitant to purchase a replacement, because I heard it was hit or miss if a non brand-name replacement one would work (I think people are just purchasing the wrong remote for the type of roku they have - an internal or external one, more on this further down in the post). Well, let me tell you, IT WORKS! I couldn’t be more happy. I put the batteries on, put the silicone sleeve on it, and went to try to volume buttons [assuming it wasn’t going to work, if we are honest], and it WORKED. I seriously did a little freaking dance. I am so happy to have a regular remote back. And bonus, I HAVE TWO! I didn’t put the silicone case I ordered or the batteries in the second remote, I put it up, god forbid I lose this one. The weight of the remote once you put the batteries in is the same as the original one the tv came with. Take note : THIS REMOTE IS *ONLY* for ROKU TV’s!!!!! You cannot use this on one of your regular TV’s that you added an external roku box/stick to. I hope that makes sense. This is only for tv’s that already have ROKU installed in the tv when you bought it. (Ie Roku smart tv) The smart buttons on this remote are vertical, not horizontal like the remote the tv came with. I also recommend getting the silicone cases if you have more than one tv in your house that has roku built in, or an external roku. Be aware when you get the cases that you get one that fits the vertical buttons at the bottom (the Netflix, Hulu, YouTube & 🍎tv+ buttons) - because some of the silicone cases will only fit the ones that are horizontal. However, the ones that fit the vertical remotes will also fit the horizontal remotes - but NOT the other way around. I also like the sleeve on the remote, because it makes it much easier to find the remote in the bed/blankets and/or sofa/blankets. Another PRO about these remotes are how affordable they are! You really cannot go wrong. So if you have a tv that has Roku installed internally, pull the plug and get this. It is so worth it. Even if you haven’t lost your remote, just get these, especially if you have kids, or even more so a husband that likes to leave the room with the remote in his hand! Lastly, I still recommend downloading the Roku remote app, because all of your TV’s can be controlled by your phone on the one app, and it’s always good to have in a pinch. We've been using our new Samsung remote for several days now, and it's working great so far. Our original remote was dropped one too many times. Note, it does not come with batteries. We did have a hard time getting the case open to install the double A's! You will have to gently pry the seam at the bottom with a butter knife to ease it apart, then slide the back off.

The on/off button keeps sinking into the body of the remote. The other buttons don’t feel too good as well

I purchased this TV remote from Amazon for Rs. 2,000 on 3rd August 2023, and now I am extremely disappointed. The battery compartment is corroded and damaged, rendering the remote completely unusable even though it's only not even a year old. It’s clear that no proper quality check was done. I’ve attached a photo to show the extent of the damage. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am now seeking a refund or replacement. I would not recommend this product based on my experience
