Very effective, good strength, great quality.

Pine bark was recommended to me several years ago by a health nurse who recommended it for my lungs, so I have used it ever since then. I recently ran out and didn’t order it for a couple of weeks and noticed a difference in my ability to breathe. I highly recommend pine bark and the company who makes it. It is effective and I believe is a high quality.

EDIT: This stopped working for me after a few months. But sometimes herbs stop working if used daily. I've been off them for a while now, so I'm going to buy them again and see if they start working again. I'll try to remember to update. For now I'm taking one star off. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've always had issues with swelling in my lower legs and feet. As I'm getting older, I've also started getting some spider and varicose veins in the area. Not sure why I have circulation issues in this area, but my mom has them too, so it must be genetic. I even go on long daily walks with some jogging. I'm not overweight and eat healthy. This product has REALLY improved my issues. Honestly it took about 2-3 weeks to notice the difference though, so don't give up quickly. Now I literally never have lower leg swelling, and even the little spider veins on my calves and ankles have faded considerably. I bought this because I figured it was very similar to Pycnogenol which has a lot of science showing its effectiveness with circulation/vein issues. Pycnogenol is much more expensive though, so I'm thrilled to have found a cheaper alternative that works so well!

Was out of pycnogenol for a month when I found this stuff on amazon. I took pycnogenol in the past for my CVI side effects. Anyway, this pine bark abstract is from the same species of pine bark as what's used for the official pycnogenol, so I took a chance with it. So far so good. It took a little long for the CVI symptoms to go away, but after a week the morning leg heaviness was mostly gone. I've also notice that my skin looks clearer. Nice side benefit. I'd say this product is a good substitute for light CVI symptons, or you can extend your pycnogenol supplies by taking this and then only taking pycnogenol every 2 or 3 days. Either way, I'm satisfied. Great price too.

For years, I have taken a multitude of antibiotics, so much so that my specialized urologist said that he had never seen a person take such a high dosage of antibiotics in a single dose in his 20 years of working. I have always had a burning sensation while peeing and doing the deed, so horribly that I could barely be intimate with my partner. I was so fed up that I did some research and bought this product. My UTI symptoms are essentially gone. This is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I take it every day and I feel no pain, however if I do miss a day the pain immediately comes back. If you’re considering buying this product for your UTI issues, do it right now. Edit: I wrote this review in January of 2023, it is now May 22, I have continued to take this every day since I wrote this and my uti is essentially gone. Buy this right now, it will change your life!

Its a great price for pine bark, but it doesn't have the same effect as the other brand I took (wanted to try switching to another as the other brand is a bit expensive). This one for some reason doesn't feel anywhere near as effective, and even the smell is not as potent as the other - opening the bottle of the other one smelled like a forest, where as this one barely has any noticeable smell at all. Its not an expired bottle or anything so I am thinking maybe this is just a very basic or generic type of pine bark. Not saying this is a bad supplement, as maybe some people prefer subtle doses, in which case maybe you will enjoy this. Otherwise for me, I'll be switching back to the other brand in hopes for better results.

I use this pine bark, and grape seed extract together, to eliminate or cut way down on ankle/foot swelling from long-haul sitting while traveling. Actually, I take one of each in the morning and again in the late afternoon on regular days. Wanted something for long plane rides, tho now with covid we took a trip by driving. This combination is the best I have ever used. For a long drive (8 hrs.) I took them about 5 or six times thru the day. (I read that would probably be needed.) So we had 2 days of 8 hr driving there, and later 2 days of 8 hour driving back. I had so little swelling it was hardly noticable one day, and generally none the other days. It is a genetic trait to get swelling or CVI; not all people get it, even if they may be heavy. Some slender people get it. But tho I have used several other things, the best has been pine bark extract and grapeseed extract. One of each. (I have Purethentic grapeseed extract 300mgs.)

Pues bien, intente probar este producto por qué se ha hablado mucho del pine bark y sus beneficios El detalle importante es que es mucho gramaje por lo menos para mí. Por lo mismo el efecto secundario es algo fuerte, hay algo de malestar estomacal, se siente inflamado el estómago y eruptas sabor a menta ( lo del sabor a menta es lo de menos) asi que decidí tomar media cápsula y el resultado es otro muy diferente. Recomiendo al laboratorio que haga una presentación con menos dosis como se 150mg. Si me leen quien sepa ajustar esto me pueda contactar mil gracias!
