The last 1/4 of the book was an advertisement I didn’t buy the book for advertisement you should give them a book away for free. I don’t like that kind of deception.

In the days since starting this book I have already found 5 quick practical snippets that were easy to integrate and have made a large difference in our business. Highly recommend and one of the easiest to read business books I have read in a long time. Gives real, practical and useful tools and resources.

I am fascinated with the clarity of the ideas of the author, tomorrow I will start to apply them in my business. I suspect that the majority of business people should read this book. He is a real master teaching business...and making business...trying to sell you his very high-priced products and services during your lecture...

Great book that defies typical business which teaches grow, grow, grow. This one says growth is and option and not at all necessary if you can tune for greater profits with what you already have going.

Keith Cunningham is a master teacher and an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced businessman. This book is a good introduction to what he teaches, but cannot cover the subject to a level where it is really applicable.Read it to understand and know what kind of further reading/training to look for.

Should, because figures come naturally to them and they should teach this material to their clients.Would the clients benefit from this knowledge? absolutely!Would their business grow as the title suggest? Great book to understand the key to business success is knowing how to score and use the numbers in your biz to make better decisions. Useful for MD’s CEO’s and biz owners who want to grow. Keith really is the master of biz knowledge

Introduces some basic financial concepts that anyone that's been in business for a while should know and then repeats them again and again throughout the book. Very little useful content beyond basic financial metrics. Book finishes with a soft sell for the author's online business financial performance monitoring product. Overall, disappointed with this book, certainly not worth the price paid.

Cunningham's book is an odd mix. Some pretty solid business strategy wrapped round a brick of basic business accounting analysis that almost no one does.Having finished the book in two sittings (it's that good), I quickly realised that much of my accounting feedback from my book keeper and accountant were nothing more than tombstones of what has happened. They offered little useful guidance as to what do to next.That's where Cunningham's real pay off is. Although he's constantly softs selling the software his company produces, the actual lessons on what to track and how to read the numbers is simply brilliant. Creating useful accounting indicators that you can act on monthly rather than waiting for the quarter or year end should help any business struggling to release the cash flow they know their business should be producing.

Very useful business fundamentals for all business owners serious about understanding the numbers behind their enterprise. The book is well laid out, flows cogently and is well written. Should be required reading for all aspiring entrepreneurs. Especially useful for those business owners that feel that achieve more with their businesses if only they understood more about the numbers and optics to help them on their journey. Recommended reading.

I took 2 years to get round to reading this. What a mistake, could have saved my business a fortune in that time.
