Q: Can you use this for monotype printing?

I wasn't able to get this press to work. I used multiple blankets, no blankets, runners, no runners and every conceivable pressure setting. The plates refused to be properly pulled and constantly slipped on the pint bed. (I have another smaller press, incidentally, that functions perfectly.) I ended up sending this press back. On the plus side, the seller promptly refunded the purchase.

Q: The small presses all mention copper engraving. Can this also be used for zinc etching and aquatint?

Yes, the RGM Etching Press can be used for zinc etching and aquatint as well.

Q: If this works for a limo cut why wouldn’t it work for a woodcut?

I don't believe there is enough distributed pressure for a woodcut. The blanket or blankets help with pressure distribution on lino, litho, etching, and mono types, and they print fairly well. Since woodcuts go thought the press without blankets or wet paper., the small roller cannot give enough even pressure. That has been my experience. Maybe try a thinner piece of wood and try adding in blankets or butcher paper to help add more pressure? just a thought. I hope this maybe helps a bit. Keep making art, no matter what.
