Eucerin Oil Control Sun Gel-Cream Dry Touch SPF 50+ 50ml, Unscented Sun Protection Gel for Sensitive, Oily and Acne-Prone Skin, Fast-Absorbing Sunscreen with UV Filter

Having never heard of Eucerin I stumbled across it recommended on a skin care thread. I have oily, acne prone skin and struggle to find a face sun cream that doesn't leave me a greasy mess. Eucerin is great for this! The packaging is a cylindrical tube with a press top that dispenses the suncream. Cons of this are its difficult to know exactly how much you have in the tube however it's very easy to use. The cream itself is an offwhite colour but does not leave a white cast and absorbs really well. I don't use moisturizer before using this and have found my skin is a tiny bit drier but doesn't get oily which is great. Value for money wise I'd say it's a little pricier than some brands however as it absorbs so well, feels nice, isn't tacky/sticky and doesn't leave me greasy it's worth the money. Plus it's a 50+ SPF rating! I've recommended it to quite a few people now as for a face suncream it's pretty spot on. Hasn't broken me out in spots either and just generally seems like a good, reliable cream.

I’ve used loads of SPF creams over the years and honestly just put up with the usual issues. Greasy by midday, white cast even when they claim there isn’t one, and that thick heavy texture that feels like a full on sun cream sitting on your skin. This is the complete opposite. I was specifically looking for an SPF that wasn’t basically a moisturiser, as those are always far too heavy for me. Although this does have moisturising qualities, it is unbelievably light and absorbs within seconds. It means I can choose my own moisturiser underneath without feeling like I’m layering sludge on my face. I have very oil sensitive skin. Anything heavy and I turn shiny fast. This has been exceptional. No greasiness, no heavy barrier feeling, and no white cast at all. One thing I really love is the pump. It actually gives you a proper, realistic amount for full SPF protection. With most SPFs, one pump is never enough for the claimed protection unless you want to look oily and uncomfortable. This one feels well thought out and easy to use properly. It feels quite thick when it first comes out of the bottle, which surprised me, but once applied it just disappears into the skin. It’s genuinely really pleasant to apply. If you struggle with SPFs being too thick, too oily, or feeling like they sit on top of the skin, I would absolutely recommend this. This is now my go to SPF and I’m genuinely relieved to have finally found one I don’t have to compromise with.

Love this. I have VERY oily skin and struggle to find a moisturiser that doesn't send my skin in to fight mode leaving me looking like a shiny oily mess after an hour. This has been the best moisturiser I have ever used. Leaves my skin matt and feeling great. Gives the perfect protection all year round not just summer which was very important to me as I have recently discovered I have sabaceous hyperplasia on my forehead so combating those UV rays is essential. 50ml is quite small but little goes a long way so it lasts longer than expected. My wife borrowed this and said makeup applies very well with it which could be handy information!

Good mattifier, provides SPF, easy to apply, absorbs quite quickly, doesn't leave residue, feels ok and small handy carry size.

This is a brilliant product, so much lighter than usual suncreams. Use it under make up daily and used it as sunscreen when in Mauritius, it offered perfect protection!

Love this spf. I put it on after my moisturizer and skip primer and it works beautifully. Doesn't go greasy, blends very easily and doesn't leave a cast. Highly recommend.

Amazing, lasted months for me with daily use. No greasiness whatsoever a clean matte feel. Only takes a pea sized amount to cover the face and neck. Highly recommend.

I have bought it before and it is perfect for me. I don't like perfumed sunscreen at all and this one isn't. The push button squirter on the bottle works well to get the cream out. It's not greasy and obviously as it is 50 factor, I don't get burnt by the sun. Job done!
