I wanted to start riding my bike with my dog Louie. Louie can be skiddish at times when walking so I was hesitant to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised. The bungee gave enough give/take so I was not pulled over but not so much as to give him too much leeway. I was actually able to control him better because I was able to power through his attempts to put on the breaks. Louie was not able to pull as he would be on a walking leash. I recommend this bungee for riding your bike with your dog. PS - Louie is a larger dog, 60 lb Australian shepherd mix.

I used these to strap around my rollator so I could have it stowed on the plane when I traveled in July. I used four of them and they were so easy to link together, wrap around the rollator frame to keep it from opening up and quick to snap on and off. I was able to do it myself and be assured that they wouldn't pop off like the ordinary hook bungee straps tend to do when stowed. Well worth the price. I store them in the little nylon bag under the rollator seat so that I always have them with me in case, for some reason, I have to keep my rollator collapsed.

These are great for securing small items to the luggage rack of my HD Fat Boy. The excess cord clips neatly away. However, the fastening clips are oddly shaped and smaller than I imagined. They don't clip to the rack, but rather I have to clip them to their own cabling. Because of the small clip size, their use is somewhat limited.

Can't knock it for not working on something it was not designed for, but potential buyers should be aware of the product's limitations. For example, I bought it hoping to be able to snap it onto an ordinary, standard nylon pad-eye on a kayak deck. Well it goes on, if somehow there was an application where the cord needed to run straight out, perpendicular to the deck, but I can't imagine there being one unless maybe to hold down a small box, but it can't be used the way I was planning, which was to have the cord lay flat on the deck.

Reading the reviews I expected great things. It sounded like it was going to be tight and secure but it's not, it's so super stretchy. Even with it tightened as much as I can and still being able to hook it, it stretches out and does not really work for what I wanted.

Wonderful tool. I used this item on an international trip where I had to handle my bags on my own. I was able to use this to clip my rolling suitcases together and roll them through the airport unassisted. I am sure there are many uses for this but for me it worked great. It was also small enough to slip into the outside of my checked bag and pulled right out again for use. I did not try to use this in my carry-on luggage.

I bought this for adjusting a line used for raising and lowering the rudder on my kayak. It appears to be more substantial construction than the original bungee ends on the rudder kit. I had to disassemble one of the ends to run the cord through a sheave and this required cutting the crimped end from the stopper and using needle nose pliers to get the cord back through the adjustable end.

I was suspicious of the plastic and metal connector. These are fine for making a loop and connecting to the bunjee itself but not to anything substantial. While securing a light load to my car rack, the plastic snapped. I was not using them to hold the load for the ride, only to keep the object snug while I used more heavy duty straps, and they couldn't even do that. It snapped while I was hooking it to the rack. I own a number of Nite Ize products, which I have been happy with. They went cheap here.
