Love this stuff, always keep it on hand
I keep a Tide Pen nearby most of the time for any water-based stains and splashes, but this is the best stuff for any oil-based stains or spots. It works best on oil stains that originated from thinner oil sources, not so great on grease or solidified oils; mostly I've used it to get food-based oil out of clothes. It's even worked on oil stains that had previously been washed and dried without coming out. It does leave a lighter spot where the stain was, but most of the time it's less noticeable than the original stain, and with enough vigorous brushing with the included bristles most of the powder can be knocked away.

Indispensable Travel Accessory
For years my wife and I drove back and forth between New Mexico and Michigan every year. My pants seldom survived the fast food and travel center restaurant meals unscathed. A stick of Janie Dry Cleaner in the glove box kept my convertibles from looking like a toddler's bib. It is surprisingly effective on the sort of greasy drip that can otherwise resist half a dozen washings.

Cleaning chalk
Actually works on items I can not launder like hats.

No water ring
I had a stain on some silk draperies. This partially removed it but not completely. It is easy to use and didn’t affect the color. I will try it again.

Amazing. Removes stains like magic.
A coworker got an old stick from his grandmother. He pulled it out one day when I got some soy sauce on my shirt while we were eating sushi. I was in utter amazement when this stick removed the soy sauce, without water even. But since this coworkers stick looked like 100 years old, and was from his grandmother, I thought this was something I would never find, except in an antique shop. But nope. It’s available right here on Amazon! I have been carrying it around in my work backpack since, and it works! Amazing thing. Where has this been my whole life?

Charged for large, received small size
This is a good product, but company was not honest. I was charged $14 for the $9 size. Being elderly, I find it difficult to return item for refund.

Was pretty amazed
Didn’t think it would do much but someone mentioned it so I gave it a try on a dining chair that had an oil like stain on the material. Rubed the chalk thing on it and let it sit, after a few hours I just brushed off the chalk and the chair was like new again with no sign of that oil stain.

Works great on grease stains
My mother and I have been using for years. It’s for grease. Chalk it lightly on both side of garment, chalk over it again and perhaps leave over night. Brush off. My mother often follows with Oxyclean and or a solid spot remover stick like Shout. I highly recommend. I through in my travel bag and will put it on a stain until I can get home to wash.
