Bought these as I am 4’9 and have very small hands, so wrapping my hands all the way around the bar is impossible for me. These work great! They’re a bit too big so they slide down and push on my hands a bit, but that’s not a huge deal. They’re very easy to put on and off and are comfortable enough, depending on the weight that you are lifting. If my fingers were a bit longer or the hook a bit shorter, I could probably use my fingers to support the hook and that would take some of the strain off my wrists, but it is what it is.Doing 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish the wrist straps could go a little tighter so it wouldn’t slide down as much while lifting.
