I was concerned at first that these capsules arrived without a tight screw on top. Also there was no desiccant pouch in the bottle to keep humidity from spoiling the capsules. Despite that the capsules remained in good condition through all types of weather. I take one pill in the morning and two in the evening for a dose of 450mg daily. I have no trouble swallowing capsules. They are not gigantic. As far as efficacy I believe I am less forgetful and better able to focus after several months of use. The price is also good. I would recommend them.

This brand has higher dosage of 150 mg compared to the 50 mg I was taking at comparable price. The product is supposed to improve the absorption of Tru Niagen which is quite expensive. Also the 180 count means I only need to order twice a year. So far pleased with the product.

.. so there is some info out there that suggests this could raise that, but 1, i didnt see much convincing, and 2, to me the benefits are worth it ( and cholesterol does actually have some benefits btw).. .. also, may interact w/ ssri drugs, as always, best to check... If contents are as labeled this is best price. High potency and capsule content great for product quality assurance and eliminates need for frequent reorder. Recommend, recommend, and recommend. :)

I have bought this product several times but most likely will not in the future as the label seems to imply that it only has 10% (of 150 mg?) of the Pterostilbene that I thought it contained? Will look to other brand(s) before I buy this product again. My Bad, I usually look at product labels very closely before I buy but frankly did not think any manufacture would seem to try to do this when there are other Pterostilbene products that seem to offer IMO, up to ten times or more pterostilbene per capsule.

Hmmm... says the concentration of pterostilbene is only 10%... that means the total amount you take in one 150mg capsule, is only 15 mg. Hmmm??
