Responsive seller and tough little trees
My first little maple came broken in half, it was just a little potted stick in a box.. but I can see how too much packaging might be damaging to these delicate little trees too.I contacted the seller, sent pictures and they were kind enough to send me a replacement tree who was a bit stubbier than the original but seemed to handle the trip better.The first one is actually still hanging on a bit.. it put out two tiny leaves just under the broken bit a couple days ago.The second is happily existing on my Mom's porch til we get it planted in the ground after this next cold snap.My mother is very happy with her new friend and we can't wait to put it in the ground and watch it thrive.

Order was not fulfilled
I ordered 21 Japanese Maples from this supplier and only received 20. Trees were as expected in size for year growth. 20 trees were shipped in four UPSP boxes stacked on on another. I do not suspect trees were damaged. Highly anticipate these trees to look wonderful when grown. Attempted to contact supplier for missing tree and have not heard anything from them.

Arrived early arrived healthy great size I would buy again only thing wrong was it was in a very small package bent almost in half needs better quality packing

Very small sprig with roots.
Very small and puny in size. A sprig of a tree!I am keeping it to see what it does; but I’ve bought bigger plants for cost of this puny one.I would not buy another one.

This is a rip off
Maple is not worth what it cost. Newly grafted maple. Very sick looking. I have been an Amazon customer for years. This is a RIP OFF.

It was very small but I expected that way.
It came in healthy and ready to be planted. Hope it grows big and healthy

Not from seed, grafted.
It is about 8 inches tall. It is fall, so the leaves are falling off, to be expected. It is a graft onto a 3/8" diameter stalk. I was expeting to be a seed grown tree. Planted, trimmed and shaped. Now let it rest in domancy until spring to see how it does.
