GRAYL GeoPress Replacement Purifier Cartridge (Orange)

Very good water filter. Water is clean clear and tastes great! I’m skin breakout sensitive to tap water, and the Grayl filters have given me zero issues and are constantly with me when I go to work or travel. I always have clean water !

Best system i have used for quick, easy filtration. You do have to put a little effort in when pressing down the bottle. DONT FORGET TO OPEN THE MOUTH PIECE TO MAKE IT FLOW!

YMMV with longevity for these filters but if you're filtering water mostly from reasonably clear streams, lakes and ponds these filters last for years. I use mine several times a week and am just now replacing the filter after almost three years...not because it stopped working, but because it was getting more difficult to push water thru it. The old filter still did its job..it was just taking longer to do it. This is the best water filter you can buy, IMHO. Absolutely love the thing. It's been dropped on rocks, banged around and has lots of dings, but it's performance has not diminished one bit.

We love these. We go camping and these are a lifesaver. They are easy to care for, lightweight and highly practical. I highly recommend to anyone wanting something for ease and safety. Very quick, practical and healthy.

Last thing you want out in the wilderness are parasites! If you don't have the ability to boil your water then GRAYL's all-in-one water purification container is the answer. This filter is the heart of GRAYL's GeoPress and according to their website removes "waterborne pathogens (99.99% of viruses, 99.9999% of bacteria, 99.9% of protozoan cysts), including Rotavirus, Hepatitis A, Norovirus, Giardiasis, Cryptosporidium, E. Coli, Cholera, Salmonella, Dysentery and more" to include "particulates (i.e. silt, microplastics, etc.); activated carbon effectively adsorbs chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, flavors, and odors." I have used it at home and in the field and it has lived up to my expectations.

This is my first replacement filter for my Geopress, all I can say is what a product. This purifier has now done - West Highland way, Isle of Arran way, Cumbria Way and just recently the Isle of Skye trail. Always works all clear and clean water. 5 star

No es el filtro para virus más económico por litro (me encantaría que un cartucho me durará más meses dado que no es tan fácil de conseguir según donde ...para eso el lifesaver era mejor) pero es más fiable y después de años usándolo no se me ha roto nunca ni filtro ni ningún cartucho (con precauciones básicas como meterlo en el saco por la noche si hiela y guardarlo en la mochila lleno y mezclada el agua pa que no este tan fría ..

Ich habe die Grayl GeoPress Ersatzkartusche als Reserve gekauft, um im Notfall oder unterwegs jederzeit einen Filter zur Hand zu haben. Sie wird hygienisch eingeschweißt geliefert, sodass man sie problemlos lange lagern kann. Der Einbau ist unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Die Kartusche sitzt fest und dicht in der Flasche. Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass man mit einer unbenutzten Kartusche bis zu 10 Jahre Lagerzeit hat – ideal für Notfallvorrat oder Reisen. Im Einsatz überzeugt die Filterleistung wie gewohnt: klares Wasser, neutral im Geschmack, und die Pressgeschwindigkeit ist sehr hoch. Nach einigen Dutzend Anwendungen merkt man erst langsam, dass die Pressdauer zunimmt – ein guter Hinweis, wann der Wechsel nötig ist. Fazit: Perfekt als Ersatzfilter vorzuhalten. Wer seine GeoPress regelmäßig nutzt oder für Krisenvorsorge gerüstet sein möchte, sollte mindestens eine Kartusche in Reserve haben.
