They are pretty, but the light goes dim and out too soon. Mine last about 4 hours, gradually dimming toward the end, after about 4 hours of direct sunlight. I previously bought another brand of solar lights that also has a rechargeable battery and it lasts all night, strong and bright from dusk to dawn after the same amount of sunlight as this brand. So, the lesson seems to be to make sure that your solar powered device has a quality rechargeable battery. I wish I could return thid, but the deadline passed 3 days ago. So I'll keep it, but I will also search for a better product

I'm so pleased with these lights. I love the look of outdoor lights on my patio, but it wasn't ideal having to plug in and unplug them during certain hours. The fact that these come on when it gets dark enough and then turn off by themselves is awesome! I do wish they were just a tad brighter, but overall I am very happy with my purchase. I didn't want to spend a lot for the other types of solar lights and these are a great value. I keep them on the regular "steady" setting. I am not at all a fan of any of the blinking or flashing settings that are an option.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how these turned out, they look great under the dark night sky here. They are easy to get installed (make sure you remove the plastic coating from the solar panel). Keep in mind the length isn't going to really go the full 20 ft unless you really pull them super tight, so best to get a couple if you want to light up a bigger area. The best thing about these is they have multiple modes of lighting that you can set, including fade in/fade out and lighting every other light, etc. I do wish they had a guide with them which explained the modes, but you can just flip through the modes and find the one you like.

Using lights in small tree in backyard and quite pleased. After being out in a couple of rainstorms, they're still working great. The small s attractive orbs make each LED light larger than typical. However, the lights are most effective when the bottom of each LED is angled to the line of sight (as opposed to pointing downward which they tend to naturally do). Very pleased with this purchase.

What a disappointment. We're in a temporary rental townhouse with no outdoor outlets on the front of the house, and I wanted Christmas lights. I didn't want to invest a lot of money because I'm hoping for a better situation next year, but I decided to go with solar and battery-operated decorations. I've had great luck with solar garden lights from Target, so I had the expectation that, on reasonably sunny days, I would get maybe 3 hours of light. In reality, these lived up to those expectations the first couple of days (plus they have a nice variety of blinking/fade settings), and then we had a rainy day. Nothing, but I expected nothing. But next day was partly cloudy - the lights came on faintly for about an hour. Then a rainy week, and nothing (again, not surprised). When the sun finally came back, it was bitterly cold - not sure if there was a connection there, but barely any light and went out after an hour. Haven't worked since, regardless of daylight or temperature. Really disappointing.

These lights would be exquisite except for the fact that the wire is so twisted that the string reached the designated distance without any draping or excess to flow down the sides. Amazon makes it easy peasy to return stuff, but I'm disabled so getting to the UPS store or the post office is impossible, otherwise I would return these.

If you want purely decorative lights, these are good. They were easy to put up and charged during the day, then turned on at night. I will buy a few sets in white- they are pretty, but don’t give off much light. I needed them For my chicken coop- and they don’t give off enough light for what I needed them for. I will order a few white light sets for my back porch however.

These lights burned for 2 nights and then just stopped. I am very disappointed in these lights, they were way smaller than what I expected plus the colors are nothing like advertised. The colors are very dull, I wish I had ordered the ones that I had saw that were larger and frosted clear but I didn't I would not purchase these again.

I really like mine. They’re smaller than a regular light bulb but look cute and delicate. They work well, have various settings and you can also turn them off if required. Solar works well, mine came on the first night after only a few hours of sun. They’re quite bright, look real pretty.

didn't work at first, after checking the fault item I found the first bulb in the line was not working and affecting the rest if the bulbs so I have cut the bulb out and made the line shorter and seems to work on, not the greatest quality and dont have much hopes of them lasting.

Ok but not as bright as they look on the photos in the sale blurb.

Put them up in my back yard. They really are attractive. In fact, I have just purchased a second set. Because thyay are clear with a kind of crackle effect, they really do sparkle at night.
