I love this, its so easy to use .put the data sim in to it, the device you want to use will ask for a password this is under the lid ,the WiFi should be working .

Hi , it's my second day using the device here in the UK. So far so good. Easy insert sim & use. I havent checked the battery life yet as it's always plugged in. I dont have a modem at the moment and because of covid 19 no broadband supplier will do installs so this is my main source of internet.Here are few things which one must have a look at before having the device up and running.1. Make sure you have a sim card tray this device only accept's the old large sized sim.2. Check your Sim is by default unlocked or you'd have to unlock it .3. Does not come with charger only a USB A cable.

Great interim broadband which is also conveniently portable. It's been great for video calls, which hadn't been working well over shared WiFi. Battery doesn't last as long as my phone though. The charging cable is the same as my old kindle and it needs to be kept plugged in for as long as you can. Works with my Voxi sim, but was a bit fiddly and definitely not quite plug and play. The admin code provided didn't work, however "forgetting" the network on the phone and putting the provided password in again was how I got it to eventually work.

We love this, it's our second, first lasted a few years of daily use. We li e, travel and work from our van and we use this to conect our laptops, TV and phones, friends use it too. This one is around a year old and still perfect. I have to attach it to my laptop for long days of work but it always gets a signal but I am in the UK and on o2 network. Highly recommended. 👍

I love this device. Not expensive to buy and it works well great for taking on holiday where there is no WiFi in the accommodation. Also purchased the case to protect it which still lets u get a good signal.

I got this in hopes it was better than the TP Link ones I had before, sadly, it's terrible. I only gave it 2* instead of 1, because when it does actually stay working properly for a whole day, it works great. The problem is the rest of the time, and not just its' connection, actually staying ON is also a daily problem. It sits in an undisturbed area, have tried different plugs and cables, and it's just cheap made crap like the TP Link ones we've had. Basically, if you have the money for the pricey mobile routers, don't bother going for the cheap options of any brand, unless you like the constant aggravation!

Mobile WiFi box has an issue SIM card is from EE it does work in old WiFi box I have switched it on and of few times I’ve noticed it does not have the Qr code so I can scan it ... any ideas
