With about three full weeks in I have noticed overall improvement with my workouts. More pump, more energy with none of the caffeine-fueled side effects or pre workout rage that can sometimes occur with other products. I combine this with a multi-mushroom supplement and really feel good overall. Better sleep and better workouts and better overall circulation. So far the cleanest feeling nitric oxide supplement I have tried. At least it feels that way. I will buy this again.

Not even 2wks and noticed small positives since taking this. My breathing is better, heart beats are better due to better blood flow, and workouts are better. I heard this helps with ED but don't have any input at this time. Otherwise I'm happy with this product.

Good value. Read a review that an independent lab verified the claimed potency of the supplement, which makes trust the product. The test also verified that the supplement is free of contaminants.

I'm not into heavy exercise or weight lifting, but I stay active despite my age (nearly 3/4 of a century). I do seem to have more stamina and quicker recovery this year with strenuous activities such as mowing a large yard, for example. But there are other uses for the product involving a rather normal decline for men as they age, and I finally decided to see what would happen with the label suggestion of using additional product prior to "strenuous activity." I took two extra about an hour prior to when I anticipated the need, and the result was surprisingly good. I previously used a combination product from another company containing both L-Citrulline AND L-Arginine. I didn't get much benefit from them. But I've been very pleased with other Double Wood products, and decided to try the single L-Citrulline product after much further research.Men - if you're in need of a nitric oxide boost due to aging and resulting lower abilities, the research does not seem to be false. I was very happily surprised. We'll leave it at that. If you don't know what the problem is, it's probably nothing you yet need to worry about, or else haven't bothered to research. Suffice it to say that expensive "little blue pills" or heavily hyped radio advertisements aren't always necessary after all, and potentially have some significant side effects that don't seem to be an issue with L-Citrulline. It turns out that L-Arginine seems to be better synthesized by added L-Citrulline rather than direct ingestion of L-Arginine.

As someone who suffers from exercised induced asthma. I try to find anything more natural that can help open up my airways.I have a lot of success with nitric oxide boosters opening up my airway a bit more This double wood citrulline helped. Its didnt fix anything, but I can last slightly longer when exercising ( a whopping 7 minutes instead of 5 before my vision starts going black)That probabaly all sounds crazy.On days i can exercise better (using natural-ish bronchodilators ) where I can work out enough to actually have muscle recovery, taking this has reduced the muscle soreness next day. Didn't take it away completely but just a noticable difference in pain with movement.Im gonna keep taking this to see what effects it has on me over 6 months.

Did my research and found out that the better dosage is one pill per day. Good way to save money if you decide to buy it.
