Perfect play phone
Got this for my niece since she is drawn towards everyone’s iPhones. She opened it for her first birthday and was immediately obsessed!! It was so cute. Plan to get one for my almost one year old girlie next.

Hell yeah!!! Great toy!
This little phone is a hit with my 10-month-old! The bright colors and sounds keep her entertained for ages. She loves pressing the buttons and hearing the different melodies. It's also surprisingly durable – it's been dropped a few times already and still works perfectly. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

Baby phone
Baby loves this! He likes the sounds and putting it in his mouth. Lost a Star because I had to replace the batteries after turning it on one time for 5 minutes.

Vtech wins!
Seriously, I love this thing. We bought my son this because he will not leave our phones alone. So now it he grabs it, we just give him his own and he's satisfied enough to not chomp all over ours! I do wish the plastic was a bit softer because we all know babies put everything in their mouths, but that's my only complaint. This is a fun interactive toy that I think he will enjoy for a while! We have already bought more than one of these because a short three foot drop onto the wooden floor broke the toy, but I would buy another one even if it happens again. This keeps my kid entertained longer than any other toy he has ever interacted with, and he is currently while I am writing this review 9 months old. Every time we turn it on and go to hand it to him he gets a HUGE grin on his face and reaches out for it! You can even program the Vtech Touch and swipe phone with your home number so that when baby presses that button,it will say your number to them. I love this feature because it's helping them at an early age learn how to contact mom or dad when they need to. The screen lights up when you touch it, and whatever "button" you press on the screen also talks along and says what you press. (IE' press 1 and hear it say 1!)This phone even has fun interactive built in games for baby to play, and the music is cute.

Disappointment
It is a very nice toy but it is so quiet that it doesn't keep the childs interest I changed batteries from the ones it came with but it doesn't make a difference. V-tech is usually a favorite but this one doesn't impress me or the child

Perfect learning toy for baby/toddlers
My toddler has had this phone for almost an entire year and it still works perfectly. There is so much to do with this toy that it never gets boring. I love that it is a small, handheld toy that can easily slip into a diaper bag as a fun toy when baby gets bored while we are out. The voices on this phone are completely obnoxious and I have never found a volume switch, but luckily the volume isn't too loud to begin with so it is tolerable...plus my kid loves it.This phone is very touch sensitive so it is easy for tiny fingers to push the buttons they want to play with. One really cute feature is that you can program your phone number into this phone. I can see where this would be a great learning tool for learning a parents phone number for younger kids. There are multiple interactive games like "touch the flashing light".The second screen option is like a mini i-pod that plays different kid song tunes and instrumental noises. The screen also lights up while it plays music which is so fun!We actually loved this toy so much that we donated quite a few to a local childrens hospital because it is very easy to clean and makes an easy toy to play with when a child needs to be sitting still.

Batteries die within hours…in OFF position
Purchased because we have had VTECH toys in the past. Batteries that came with it were dead. Replaced them with new batteries and they died within hours while the toy was in the OFF position. Put another set of new batteries in and the same thing happened while the toy was turned off overnight. Returned the product. Hopefully VTECH will find and remedy this defect.
