Fit perfect for a replacement description was perfect

I had to cut the ribs on the cover to fit my black and decker blender. I used a box cutter to trim the ribs just a little, and now it fits nice and tight.

The media could not be loaded. Should have heeded the reviews before buying, many folks had returned this product in the past few weeks. The ad message stated it work on B&D blenders and gave a measurement that is very close to my old, broken top. However, the measurement is for outer dimension, not inner, which is what I measured. The new top fits inside my old one, easily...no bueno, for the B&D blender. :(

I needed a new lid for my black & decker blender and there wasn't any so I bought this generic one. It is slightly smaller than my lid. Measure your opening. I kept it and just put a ring of glue under the lid to form a seal. It fits better

Cheap fix for my blender. Fit perfectly and is a nice tight seal.

This doesn’t fit the blender model it claims to fit. It’s loose but if you hold it on during operation it prevents the potential mess.

After ordering a replacement lid from Black&Decker....cost me close to $20.00 with S&H...their lid did not fit.B&D sent me a lid 5" to fit glass carafe...5" in diameter....not going to work....this lid from Univen is 4.75"and it is a solid fit....made well...will last forever and about $10.00 with S&H. Check the dimensions on yourglass blender jar and get the right lid the first time. Bottom line....Univen got it right when B&D didn't....
