The color was just as depicted, and the hat looks great! I bought it for my boyfriend's birthday and it fit nicely. It appeared to be made of a good polyester blend that should hold up well. However, the head of the flamingo droops down a LOT due to its heaviness! Small downside but that's alright. Definitely pleased with my purchase.

fun christmas present for a cow lover or farmer. Got this for a family member who is a farmer, they have a lot of fun with this. the look on everyone face was priceless when he went into the do-drop in for a cold beverage wearing this hat.
