Vornado VFAN Jr. Vintage Air Circulator Fan, Green

This is the second of this fan I've had and I totally love it! I use it on my kitchen counter & it blows on me as I cook, etc. Please don't think I spend hours in the kitchen, but in Houston, it gets really hot despite wonderful new windows and central air.. When the stove goes on (not the oven in the summer, unless it's raining), this fan is awesome! Comfort is the word. It's efficient, quiet, yet provides that comfort. Last one lasted over 15 years and I just replaced it with another.

The teal is on the darker side. The metal feels sturdy. It blows pretty quietly and has a very nice soft broad breeze. And it's gorgeous

These fans are awesome. They are cool looking. They are made to last forever. But most importantly, they do what they are advertised to do and they do it well. The fans do circulate the air in a room very well and they do cool the temperature of a room significantly. We have two and will be buying a few more for the rest of the rooms that get a little warm in our Oregon home without air conditioning

Nostalgia is number one the quality is number one as well in this fan meets both I love all sizes I own three of the little bitty ones two of the medium ones and one of the large and they are all outstanding and incredibly retro

I’ve had a mini turned on 24/7 for the past 6 years and it’s still going strong. Bought a Jr 3 years ago, run it 7-8 months of the year, and it’s started making annoying noises recently…especially on the low setting. Tried putting oil on the base of the fan shaft, but it doesn’t really help much. I also have a pedestal Sr which is only a year old that I really like. It’s running 24/7 and provides great airflow.For performance and aesthetics, these fans are awesome as long as they’re functional. Maintenance and cleaning is a little difficult, but not horrible. Really hoping the issue with the Jr is an isolated incident.

Powerful little old style metal fan to use beside the bed or couch to cool off instead of change the thermostat. Powerful enough to do the job but not too big and intrusive.

Purchased this fan in April of 2020, and it’s been running 24/7 for the past five years. I’ve only turned it off for regular cleaning. The fan runs all day, every day, circulating the air in my apartment.I’ve received several favorable comments from guests, saying they loved the retro style and color.Based on the excellent performance and quality of build, I’ve purchased a second Vornado Jr.This is a great fan you’ll be glad to own, I am.

It’s a great looking fan and it does a really nice job of moving air around. It’s really solid, and I love the retro look and how it allows you to tilt and rotate to whatever direction you want the air blown.I’m one of those who runs a fan when I sleep not only for the air, but also for the noise. So if you’re looking for a silent fan, I wouldn’t recommend this one (especially on the higher settings).Overall, great fan for the price.
