i bought the isispharma neotone body last February from Egypttradeand start to use it last week.As my friend who is a pharmasist and used this cream before and got benifits from it,the color of the product should be white not brownish.I had a doubt that the product was damaged or not genuine .I sent an email to the seller to ask for a refund as the cream should be white.I received a reply from Mr. Hossam khalil on behalf of Egypttrade and explained that this is the true color and i can confirm from isispharma website if i have further doubts,which i did. I sent an email to isispharma regarding the color of their product with the attaced photos, and they confirmed that "the color and the texture is absolutely consistent". They explained "Indeed the texture of NEOTONE Body is very slightly tinted. This is related to active ingredient that can lightly colored the texture, giving it a creamy appearance". thanks to Mr. khalil's advice, now i can continue use the neotone body with no concerns.
