G4116 Natural Shine Protectant - 16 Oz Spray Bottle

Great product! I bought it because my dashboard was starting to fade and lose its rich black color. After applying this, it made a noticeable difference—it brought the color back without being overly shiny. What I appreciated most is that it doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which is something many similar products fail at. It gives your dashboard a clean, subtle shine without making it look like a mirror or creating annoying reflections. Overall, it’s exactly what my car needed to look refreshed and well-maintained.

I'm an enthusiast-level detailer and have been using this product for at least 10 years. Admittedly, I haven't tried a lot of other interior protectants, because I've always been happy with Meguiar's Natural Shine. It really lives up to it's name by restoring/protecting interior surfaces with a semi-gloss finish that isn't shiny or greasy looking like you get with many of these products (i.e. Armor-All). It leaves surfaces looking clean and new, like the vehicle just rolled off the factory floor, rather than looking artificially shiny. Not only is this a much more attractive look (IMO); it also doesn't cause problems with glare from the reflection of the dash and other interior surfaces seen in the windshield like the fake-shine protectants often do. Best of all it has a great scent- to me it smells sort of like cherries and is one of the best smelling car care products I've found. However, the scent is very subtle and fades around a day or two after application, so not to worry if you don't like it as much as I do. I also appreciate that this product is so affordable- Amazon definitely has the best price, but even at over-the-counter retailer it's very reasonably priced for a product of this quality. My favorite way to apply this is to rub on a fairly generous amount with a damp, soft cotton cloth (not a terry towel, just a smooth soft cotton cloth); wait a moment, and then buff off lightly with a dry microfiber towel. This seems to make for the most even application and the best finish. But it goes on almost as well using a dry microfiber to apply (which you can fold over to a 'clean' / unused section to buff the product off lightly).

I do really like this Natural Shine Protectant by Meguiar's. BUT: I did a side by side test with it comparing to Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Vinyl & Rubber #40, on a weathered vinyl house shutter and the Natural Shine Protectant came in 2nd. The shutter was an old green and both products brought it back to a nice clean looking un faded green. But the Meguiar's #40 kept it green. No fading back to old look even after several weeks out in the sun. Still for cleaning strength the Natural Shine took off scuffs in my car that the #40 left. And the Natural Shine looks better after a rain on a black rubber running board. The #40 streaks a little after rain and did notice some run off stain on black door handle areas. No run off stain with Natural Shine. Both Meguiar's products are way better than the other brands I have used and no annoying oily feel or shine on either Meguiar's. The Natural Shine has best smell, cleaning ability and the #40 has the best staying power but not a very nice smell to work with for a long cleaning/conditioning job. It bothered me and smells usually don't. I would buy this Natural Shine again.

Works well. Solid product

I have been using this for years. Nice low gloss look from the start. Does not easily wash off in the rain or dull in the elements. Will always wash off in an automatic car wash but the low natural sheen makes it worthwhile.

This is the best stuff I have used on the market to clean and protect your vehicles interior. Use it on both of our vehicles and it lasts super long on my dash. Protects the dash from UV rays with the scotch-guard. Helps interior to look immaculate! Won’t buy any other interior cleaner/ protectant.

I have decided to standardize on only Meguiar’s products for my two cars. Unfortunately Walmart may not carry all the Meguiar’s products or are out of stock - solution: Amazon, of course.

I use this almost every week to maintain cleanliness of my car. I love it! 1 spray is enough to clear a dusty area!

Easy to use, brings the plastic back to life and smells really good.

Worth buying this product,better than others available in the market.A bit pricy but still worth it.
