Update: 4 months after purchase, and this is still my favorite skincare product. I've used about half a bottle (2-3 drops per day).----I'm honestly not sure how I managed before I found this product. It's so soothing on my skin! Scentless, smooth consistency, plays well with other products. Redness, irritation, acne marks...this helps with all of it.I mix 2 drops of this with 2 drops of my vitamin C serum in the morning, and sometimes I'll also put it on before my retinoid. Within days of starting to use it, redness on my nose that I literally thought was permanent started to fade! Anytime I my skin is itchy, this stops the irritation immediately. The other day I touched my pinky finger to a hot pan and got a little redness--and this serum stopped the burning sensation and pain on contact.I'm not sure how the maker of this product managed to get magic in a bottle, but I'm just glad I finally discovered it!

I have been using cica products for years now. Big Fan of the COSRX cica amp. I was expecting this to be pretty straight forward and not as effective. I was surprised because not only is it EXTREMELY clean on the ingredients list but it works very well. The texture is absolutely fantastic. It's a little bit thicker than an essence and melts into your skin. This is my go to for cica now. I am the most impressed with the ingredients list as someone with sensitive skin it was nice to see so many friendly ingredients. The price is also fantastic. This is a serum I now cannot live without.

Ordered this back in June 2021... Used & enjoyed it for a while, then totally forgot about it. Want to know if I'm still able to use it or if it has a shelf life? Does anyone know? Thanks.

In addition to dealing with rosacea, my mature combination skin has become more dry and irritated since menopause. I've tried a variety of products. This one actually works! And it works like dream! It's fragrance free, non-greasy, and easy to apply. I'll definitely be ordering more!

I’ve used this for three weeks. As far as inflammation since I have hormonal acne + oily skin, it has reduced redness well.BUT on top of trying to clear hyperpigmentation, it seemed to be way too much on my skin. My forehead bumps/pores have reappeared. My night routine consists of: gentle green tea face wash, mugwort toner, (cica ampoule), niacinimide, retinol, cosrx oil free moisturizer.This is great for sensitive, dry, maybe combo skin. Those with puffy dark eyes may benefit using this. I’m not saying those with my skin to stay away, but maybe not use it on top of another hydrating serum.

It's my favorite calming ampoule! I first knew this ampoule from Korean cosmetics review app called Hwahae. This ampoule was ranked no. 1. So I became so curious about this ampoule. Finally arrived at Amazon!I've been using this for 10 days now. At first, I couldn't feel much difference. After using for a week though, my colleagues noticed my redness had gone away. I was so surprised since I had trouble with redness and acne for a few months. Thanks Be Plain coming to Amazon! I'll definitely try Be Plain's other products too!

Love! Great texture, and no scent. Drys fast and leaves skin soft and glowing. It calms and helps get the red out. Has also helped with breakouts. Works great with other products. I use twice a day and almost out after a month. Going to repurchase the two bottle deal very soon. A fixture in my daily routine. Hope with extended use more happy skin days ahead.

My acne is not horrible but I’ll break out occasionally. I started using this product twice a day, once in the AM and PM after my cleansing routine. It didn’t do anything but broke out the crease area between my chin and lower lip. The acne was painful there too!!! I immediately switched back to an ampoule I was using before and my skin is finally feeling normal again. I will not be finishing the rest of the bottle, which is like nearly a whole bottle still.
