I had read some negative reviews about this product but decided to give it a go and purchase it in February 2022. It worked while it worked, but started giving me trouble around August and finally quit working a few days ago. The input was always somewhat loose fitting, but it would charge without falling out of my tablet. The last few months it got looser and looser and I could usually find a position where it would charge until finally it did no more. There are other genuine chargers on the market that can be purchased for about $20. I suggest getting one of those.

Surface charger

This is suppose to be made specifically for a surface 3. Although it is angled it does not fit snugly and wiggles back and forth. This is going to ruin the port! It also does not touch the body of the tablet which makes it worse. (see pic) It would also be nice if the cord would remove from the power adapter, it does not! I would not recommend!
