Delicious tea before bedtime. I'm delighted to have found a long-term supply.

Not a fan but everyone has their own opinion as to flavors.

Disappointing
I drank the tea for the first time last evening and was still wide awake four hours later. Really very disappointed and I still have 99 teabags to use!. I get better results with Bigelow”s Sleepy Time tea.

I discovered this tea when my daughter bought it for me as a part of my birthday present. I've always liked Green Tea but this, in my opinion, is nicer. It really does help to relax and unwind me and a cup every afternoon has become part of my routine, rather than a cup of caffeinated tea. I couldn't find it in the shop where my daughter bought it (HomeSense, which has occasional products, which are not always replaced) but it is available online and well worth the price. I've recommended it to several people, including my daughter who as a teacher, often needs to find a bit of peace at work!

This tea is quite simply amazing. Whenever I'm struggling to sleep, feeling rundown of simply want to guarantee a good night's sleep this is what I reach for. I was so impressed I've even given a box to a friend with PTSD insomnia who now sleeps through the night. Couldn't recommend it enough!

I’m reviewing the Peace Tea here (the one with the socks!), which I was drawn to because of the addition of rose petals and rosehips to the blend, since I’m a sucker for rose tea and Turkish Delight and was keen on the idea of it being added to my regular daily chamomile. However, the rose, and the lemon, barely turn up in this blend- which ends up tasting like utterly regular everyday chamomile, and if you didn’t know to try and look for it, you might not even realise it was meant to be chamomile with a taste twist. I’ve tried brewing it to different lengths to see if the brew time is the key to unlocking the other flavours- but no, I just can’t get the rose in this tea to come through in the flavour. I even ended up checking whether I’d been sent the right box! In other respects, it’s fine- a very smooth, not-too-earthy chamomile. The most notable thing about this tea, for me, is the miniature teabags. The same amount of tea is fit into a more compact regular teabag, which both looks sweet and is probably a good idea as well. They almost look like junior teabags, and it makes storage more compact as well. Each 25-pack is foil wrapped, which is fine, but also plastic-wrapped on the outside which does seem a little more wasteful and eco-unfriendly. As a side note, when I first saw this product page I was very excited by the Bedtime Tea because it had a picture of a banana on it- and I’ve been looking for a good source for banana tea for ages, especially banana and cinnamon tea which I’m really keen to try again having loved it a few years back. Look out though, as it’s oddly misleading, the Bedtime Tea has a picture of a banana on it but no bananas in it. Which is probably just as well I suppose, as that would otherwise imply that this Peace Tea has real socks in it. I had high hopes for this tea as the flavour combination sounded delicious, but while there’s nothing wrong with the smooth chamomile that comes out, it’s not the special brew that I was hoping for.

Too often we might find ourselves stressed and unable to fall asleep, especially during the uncertain times we currently live in. This is why I decided to give these Night Time teas by Charbrew a try, and to be very honest I have slightly mixed thoughts. To start, the packaging it truly stunning and beautiful, these could quite easily be a cute gift add on. Each box contains 25 small tea bags (wrapped in a large foil bag to keep bags fresh), which I felt lacked a little strength in flavour, and hence felt that 2 tea bags per a serving was sufficient as it provided the perfect strength of flavour and effectiveness for me. Therefore, these will be lasting me 50 days rather than 100 days. As for the taste, it is quite sublime when 2 tea bags are added. This tea contains Dog Rose, Anise, Melissa, Fennel, Black Pepper and Ginger. In my opinion, the Anise was the most prominent ingredient here and certainly made for both a body and mind relaxation evening tea thanks to the added Fennel and Melissa. Overall, apart from the tea bag sizes, I am very satisfied with this product, I do think you’re paying an incentive for the cute packaging however the quality of tea itself is still great and effective, certainly worth giving a go. Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! :)
