Works perfectly
Great value over ordering from a classic car/truck restoration catalog. Easy to install and great quality. Works and fits perfectly on a 1984 GMC 3/4 ton truck. I wired my window switches and motor through realays, which significantly speeds the window speed up in both direction and also takes a huge load off the switch. They're not any louder than factory motors and it was a direct plug and play for the factory wiring harness.

Perfect Fit Replacment Window Motor
I recently bought a used car - a 1994 Cavalier Z24. Small and black and sporty, with a spoiler and sunroof and grumbly exhaust. With very low mileage for the year (only 65,000, original!), it drives great, but being an older car, it does have it's issues. For one, the passenger side window would not open. Driver side worked great, but passenger side was dead. The previous owner said that the motor had gone bad, so she had paid her mechanic to disconnect it so no one could roll it down and have it get stuck that way. Since it's summer here in the midwest - with 90 degree days - and the car's A/C isn't yet working, I had to have working windows! After a quick search online, I found the part and did some comparison shopping. Turns out Amazon had the lowest price I could find for a new motor. I have bought a lot of stuff from Amazon before, but never car parts. Deciding there's a first time for everything, I clicked "Buy," watched roughly $20 pull from my bank account and then waited patiently by the door.A few days later, my new motor arrived. Packaged simply in a plain brown box with no directions for replacement, so be sure you have some mechanical aptitude and pay attention to how the old motor attaches. I had to drill out the pop rivets holding the old motor and window lift in place, but the new motor did include some new screws necessary for re-attaching the unit. (I did have to use a pop rivet tool and some rivets to re-attach some of the other parts I had to remove to get the motor assembly out)The new motor fits perfectly and works just as good as the driver's side now. Window raises and lowers quickly, quietly and smoothly.Recommended!

Great price, but a little work to install
Replaced a very slow/stopping window motor in my 2003 Chevy cavalier. For $22 it was a great deal. It took about 1 1/2hr to complete the job. Not an easy job but not too bad either. The original rivots holding everything to the door must be drilled or ground off. I chose to grind them off. Getting the entire assembly out of the door is a challenge. This kit is nice because it has all the nuts/bolts to reattach the window assembly back to the door. Getting the bolts aligned is a challenge also. Their is a bracket riveted to the motor that has to removed from the bad motor and reattached to the new one. I had to use my own bolts/nuts (3total)for that part. I had replaced one of these previously, so I knew what I was in for. Well worth the effort in my opinion. Now I have a working window for $22.

Good quality and price
Replaced the motors for a front passenger side and a back driver side window in a 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier. The screws did seem cheap like everyone said, but they worked for me. For the price, 6/5 stars if I could.

Will need different bolts
The product will work as either left or right side motors depending on your orientation of the brackets. The supplied hardware for the brackets is woefully inadequate. And if your replacing oem parts they are riveted together so you can't reuse how they were held together. Overall the part works when proper hardware is used. Also I'd recommend doing the window motor relay upgrade when you replace the motors. It's added work but the benefit is worth it.
