PointZero Airbrush Cake Decorating Kit - 3 Airbrushes, Compressor, and 12 Chefmaster Colors

I just recently picked up the hobby of cake decorating for fun. I’m getting better with each one but I’m not a great artist at all. One thing I did NOT get from a family of artists. But I give it effort. I bought the Professional AirBrush Cake Decorating Kit with 12 bottles of dyes thinking that this could maybe help with a specific Alice in Wonderland cake I was doing. I did not know what to expect but I watched a few videos trying to see different techniques on how to use the airbrush. Since I got this in 2 weeks ago I have used it so many times. Really every chance I get. I found that regular food dye works fine with this as well. So I went to the grocery in the spice isle where there is Food Coloring where you would get the coloring even to dye Easter Eggs with. I put 15 tiny drops in the air brush and was able to brush a whole 6 stack of 6 inch cakes tall with 3 10inch cakes on the bottom(Cheshire Cat with Mad Hatter Hat on top). So the dye lasts much longer than I was thinking as well. Here I was worried about ordering more color in time to finish the cake and barely put a dent in the bottle I had. Although I have only used one air brush so far. The others look a little more complex. But everything is such simple cleanup and water alone has worked perfect to clean everything out.

This is our go-to airbrush kit for metallic and pearl finish cake colors. It would take some adjusting to also use it for finer, more delicate cake artwork, but we just use it for the thicker stuff and it’s been great. We also only use one of the three airbrushes that came with it, and it has handled very well. It also comes with a very informative cd about airbrushes (not the art of airbrushing, but rather the types of and mechanics of, etc.) Also came with some sample size colors. Well worth the money!

I am blown away by the quality of this machine and its accessories! Every piece is solid. I was expecting light aluminum pieces, that break easily, and that is not the case. The sprayers and compressor are heavy enough, that you can feel the quality. The stand is the same. You dont need to worry about your machine falling over during application.It's very easy to hook up, to use, and to clean.I tested on paper and the airbrushing is smooth and easy to use. Everything works very well. I am very happy with this purchase!

I had to look up instructional videos on YouTube, but it is a fairly simple product to use. During the first use, it got clogged a few times which was annoying. Super easy to clean though!

I am very pleaae with my purchased and it is present from my hubby. I gave 4 stars for this product at first because I didn't have a chance to use it yet so I don't know how it work and is it performs good. (I am pretty sure, it will be good product) This is my first time to own equipment like this and I regard as luxury. I can't wait to use it.Overall, I received all the parts and pieces as it describes on the ads (point no. 1). But couple boxes of the airbrush head have some scratches and it seem like been open and repack (a little disappointed). But it is ok for me because I wI'll look at performance and ability to do its job when I use it.I also purchased another set of cleaning method. Everything came in package as advertised. A little scratch also on the packages. But it is ok.I will update and report after I have a chance to use it.Here is my update from last time I posted it. I have a chance to use it But Some part didn't work properly at first then I contact seller. I got a very good feedback back from seller and the problem solved right a way. I am very impress and satisfied with my purchase. So, I came back to increase my rating for this product set. And I got a good service from amazon customer service also. Thank you.

I bought this for cake decorating and it was awesome! They provided links to helpful information and how to clean the sprayers but it would have been helpful to get instructions on how to use the compressor system. Still, it was not very difficult to find it when I went to the website. It was SUPER easy to use and clean. It comes with several sprayers and it's totally worth the money. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

I have been on the fence for some time about this purchase. I finally settled on this package. I received it last night. I was very please with the quality of the airbrushes and the variety of food colorings. I watched the included DVD which was very informative and concise. Within 5 minutes of set up I was airbrushing my cake. There will be a learning curve as with any art form. I am an amature baker who dabbles in cakes and royal icing and feel like this will be the perfect addition to my tool arsenal.

Pretty nice little set. The compressor is hearty and easy to use for a beginner. The compressor isn’t super loud like my old one. The airbrushes themselves could be better quality. But overall a nice starter set and good value. The only dislike is there are basically no instructions.It does come with a DVD but that’s it. I had to google other instructions online.
