It Works!
I'm an avid cyclist who believes in the laws of physics, so I try to alert pedestrians, dogs, and cyclists, when I'm planning to pass. Unfortunately getting people's attention on busy bike + pedestrian trails, and city streets, has always been a challenge. Cute bells, clown horns, and shouting, all failed to do that. Then I got the Ytuomzi!Even though 20% of pedestrians will never hear it over their earbuds, phones, and random distractions, and another 10% think the antique car horn and siren sounds are birds (I swear they ALL say that!), I appreciate the loud volume and cool sounds this little device emits. The sounds are loud and just obnoxious enough to get most people's attention. Best of all is how popular the antique car horn is. Little kids love it. Dogs respect it. People my old age dig it. Mom's chuckle at it. So it works!I've also used it on 1 charge for over 3 weeks, in rain and 40 degree F temperatures, and on busy roadways, without a hitch. It really holds a charge. I like it so much after 2 months of use I bought 2 more as Festivus presents for my family members who also ride bikes. It's a good quality horn at a great price.

Very loud
This exceeded my expectations. It fits well, is really loud, and works well. My only complaint would be that the strap on the bell part is not attached and I have dropped it a few times putting it on and off the bike.

Great Horn Replacment for the Thumb Flicker Bell That Came With My eBike
My DJ Bikes mountain bike came with one of those little bells you use by flicking a small lever which produces a "ding" sound. Totally useless. IMO.I replaced it with the Ytuomzi Electric Bike Horn and couldn't be happier. It is LOUD and ANNOYING which is just what you need. Rechargeable via a micro USB port and includes the cable. Recharging is super easy....no screws or brackets to fiddle with as the horn and its button attach via silicone bands and are easily removed, 5 seconds if you're slow. I actually mounted the button on the inside of my brake stem so I can activate it just by pressing it with the side of my index finger. No need to take my hand off the brake lever. The first horn I received lost its charge over nite. Too Goods, the seller (thank you, Martin), replaced it immediately. Excellent customer service! When there are several sellers (10+ in this case) who are marketing identical products under different names, I always go for the seller with the highest rating. Too Goods is 100% positive. As usual, I will update this review should the future change the present rating. No update? You can assume it's still ***** (5 stars.)

Loud! Fragile but ok.
Very loud and obnoxious. Seems a bit fragile so I'm going to guess it will break this summer. Meanwhile, it's doing it's job and is easy to activate.

I guess it will do for now
I really don't have anything good to say about this item. Hope I can find something better. This unit has 4 different sound options. Two of the options, a whistle and a siren sound, seem better suited to police and emergency use. Quite annoying to anyone peacefully walking on a trail. And inappropriate, maybe even dangerous, if used on the streets where car traffic is present. The third sound is an embarrassing clown horn sound, suited more for small children. The fourth sound is a 'beep-beep' that is the best choice of the four IMO. The buttons, one to select which sound you want to use, and one to actually use the horn, are so close together that it is hard not to hit the wrong button by accident, especially if you are wearing gloves. The elastic attachment strap is very thin but it hasn't broken yet so I guess that's one good thing. It is very loud - I alert others of my presence from about 50 yards back because I think it would be very rude to blast them with that horn from much closer. I'll keep looking for a better alternative.
