Big Difference
Silence! No more creaky door noises like the old Floyd Rose Original springs on my 1989 Carvin DC125C. Like other players I sanded the hoop and fold of one spring with 400 grit, and it easily connects the fork ground to the bridge. I tried it both ways, bridge ungrounded and then grounded. Absolutely no difference in pickup hum or noise on this guitar. I use high-output Carvin M22SD pickups. Great deal fast shipping for authentic Floyd Rose parts. I'm already replacing some on another guitar. Rock On!

Floyd rose spyder replacement springs
Correct replacement for peavy Floyd rose or any spyder . Would recommend.

Relief from creaky springs!
My American Professional Strat had creaky springs that drove me crazy. I replaced three Fender springs with two black Floyd Rose Noiseless springs (3 came in the package, but I use 9 gauge strings so 2 springs was perfect) and it sounds soooo much better!

People that use tremolo systems buys these for good reason.
I wouldn't say these are 100% perfect, but they reduce noise significantly. They feel very responsive and smooth unlike a lot of stock springs used on a lot of locking and non-lockong tremolo systems. Just make sure you buy the right color. Black is for standard tuning. Red is for drop tuning. Green is for extreme drop tuning. I'd say buy these, other brands you'd either get an inferior product or would be paying too much.

Not sure what to say. Most likely worth a try. I don't regret buying them.
Hard to say much about these. Not sure I needed them but I will say they are not noiseless but not as bad as Fender brand. I like having extra springs around and they were cheap. I bought these and some Fender brand ones because I assumed the springs that came with my Squier VM 70s Strat were cheap but they actually seem to be better quality than these or the fender. They're thicker, tighter and heavier, just slightly. They produce less noise than the fender springs, but more noise than these. Weird, every other part of the squier trem is crap. Crap that works in lieu of something better, but still crap. You can upgrade it with a pw-29 bridge for 25.00. But apparently you don't need to replace springs. Don't know why the springs seem better, but maybe they are more broken in or something. I use two of these and one of the squier springs and I still taped them to supress noise. But they work, other than being not completely noiseless. I took several steps at the same time to improve my guitar tone and trem stability and I succeeded in both aspects but I'm not sure how much these springs helped as I changed several things at once. I know that the combo of two of these and one of the stock springs on my squier sound much better than when I used the Fender brand springs. They were way too noisy. I know its ugly but here be some pics:

These are great. Here is the truth and why
Let's clear a few things up from a former road tech, that I've noticed in other reviews:These work better than uncoated springs. In my case, they make no noise, resonance or any type of noise. You will have to properly setup your guitar after install, so ya may as well grab a set of strings too. ;)Grounding: (eyes roll) is this really a real problem??Anyway, if it is for you, or just because it doesnt hurt, I use a 6" wire wheel on my bench grinder and clean the 90 degree block end and eyelet of the coating. "Problem" solved. You may also use plumbers cloth aka Emery cloth or say 4/600 grit sandpaper. Your choice.I use the black set on all my Floyd's. I run 10-46, 10-52 and 11's with these. If you use jumbo strings, you may consider the red set. If you're attempting to play your guitar like a bass, the green set is most appropriate, as they have the strongest tension and are made if a heavier wire.If you're attempting to play 8 string stuff on a 6 string: buy an 8 string guitar. ;)So, please ignore these 2 and 1 star reviews. If your bridge pitches forward after installing these, adjust your tension in increments at the claw, retune and repeat until you level it out again without string buzz.Always reset your intonation! Or play out of tune at the octave, doesnt bother me either way. ;)

Make sure your springs are balanced.
My Schecter Banshee Elite 7 FR-S had two different weights of tension springs on it from changing string gauges over the years. Going back down to ultra light .009-.052 strings I wanted to reset the tension, so I guessed at these black tension springs, rather than the standard tension. I installed the springs, restrung the guitar, and lo and behold I didn't have to adjust the truss rod or tension claw, the bridge levelled out with the extra tension and left me perfectly in tune in half the time. For anyone considering the upgrade, forget about noiseless, they still 'boing', but correctly tensioned springs will change your game.

Cuts down spring resonance
These springs are great for cutting down the spring resonance you hear after palm muting with distortion on a strat style guitar. You will need to sand/shave the ends of at least one spring to properly ground your bridge/strings. Seems like they could just leave the coating off the tips from the factory at the price they charge. Remember to dampen the strings on your headstock with something as well for even more resonant noise reduction!
