The smell of this is soooooo good! Ohhh, I am so happy with this product! I bought it based off of reviews and others opinions. The product is thick, but leaves your hair really soft. It doesn't make your hair greasy, which is a huge plus! It's a really nice big jar for the price! It's quality seems to be very well so far. It's for her curly hair, and I know aunt Jackie's is fantastic for that. I highly recommend for anyone looking for something new to try on their curly hair! Plus like I said, the smell is heavenly!

Aunt Jackie’s Curl La La Defining Curl Custard is one of my hair holy grail products for the following reasons: 1) As someone with 3B/3C type hair, this product is lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. Most of the time, I only need a tiny amount mixed with sprays of water for the best results and it’ll leave my hair feeling soft and bouncy, even after two days! 2) I always make sure to scrunch my hair after applying curl products and it does an amazing job at holding the shape of the curls/waves without drying my hair out and it’s never caused me any frizz. 3) After applying this product, the instant effect will be shiny, moisturized and nourishing looking locks, and after a few days, the curls/waves still remain intact, given that you follow proper maintenance. 4) Unlike other curl products, this one has never caused any build-up, flaking and damage to my hair or scalp, which is a huge plus for me, because I’m picky with what I put in my hair and it does a fantastic job for a great price. It’s definitely worth it. 5) Oh and I forgot to mention that it smells absolutely divine! It’s not an overpowering or artificial scent, but rather quite a clean and fruity one. Overall, this product is just great for my hair type and my hairdresser even approved of it. It gets the job done (bear in mind that it’s not a GEL, so don’t expect the same) and leaves my hair feeling so refreshed and moisturized!

This is my absolute favorite curl cream! Inexpensive, smells great, and leaves my curls bouncy and soft without any crunch. Very moisturizing too! This is the only product I use out of the shower and I’m always happy with the result

Nice product that works excellent I’m just not a fan of the way it smells. It’s soft, hold curls beautifully and the moisture level is just great. It’s make any curly hair looks beautiful as new always and doesn’t cause sickness.

LOVE!! Price point? Excellent. Scent? Subtle and soft, very nice. I have fine curly and wavy hair, some could up front (on one side 🙄) some could underneath, some waves in other spots, straight from root, curls and waves start about two inches from root... yeah, IYKYK!! I have tried everything! From $$$$$ to $ I'm loving this!!!! I put it on from ears down.leaving off the root! Then scrunch up and diffuse. You'll have to trial and error on how much to use. And if I don't like how a section comes out once dry, I spray water in that part, add a little more, scrunch and work it with the diffuser again. BUY IT.

This stuff is super! Keeps my curls defined. It leaves no sticky residue on my hair and it smells nice! It spreads easily through my hair and the curls just bounce up!

Product leaked from the jar. It's not packaged in additional wrapping or outter seal, and there is no inner seal to prevent leakage during shipping. (my reason for only three stars) *Aunt Jackie's curl lala itself, is a great product. In the past I've always purchased this from a brick and mortar store -No risk of leaking or damaged product. It's just cozy and settled on a shelf*

My curly hair journey has been an arduous search for a holy grail one and done product. I have drawers full of the evidence of this. After receiving this little tub of Aunt Jackie's Curl La La, I shampooed my hair. I skipped the conditioner because the product has olive oil in it. I micro fiber towel dried my hair. I used small amounts of product on small sections of hair from root to tip. I used my curl defining bounce brush on each section and did a slight shake to establish the curl pattern. I then used warm air on low blow to defuse my hair. The result was perfect 3b ringlets with no frizz in sight. I am of very mixed heritage and doing my hair has been something I have to contend with every morning. Usually ending with a updo as not to have to deal with the frizz factor. However this little tub of Curl La La has ended my search. My curls are soft not crunchy, stiff or flaky. My hair is moisturized and has shine but not greasy or wet looking. My curls are defined but not weighted down. This is an, if I could only choose one desert Island type of a product. Hopefully they don't change or stop making it.
