Worth the money
I would buy it again, works perfect

No water flow
I have replaced a standard mixer tap and installed the batteries. The tap does 'click' when hands are infront of the IR sensor but the tap can only muster a drip! The water pressure is low because we use header tanks but the old tap worked perfectly well. I noticed that the tap tails have spring loaded non-return valves built-in so I have been out to purchase replacements with no non-return valve. Having already installed the new tap, found that it didn't work correctly, re-installed the old tap, I couldn't face trying again so I will give it another go tomorrow. If it works then great but if not then its a return, more effort!

The media could not be loaded. Started leaking after 5 weeks.

Flow is poor and sensor is intermittent
The good:Tap is good quality and battery design is excellent.The bad:I have great water pressure but the Flexi pipes to the tap limit water pressure and it's very poor water flow.The sensor switches tap off even if your hands are still in front of it.

Excellent automatic tap reduces infection
Really like this tap. For the position on my sink the horizontal arm would be better a bit longer but that’s my fault for not thinking about measurement before I bought it.

Not suitable for anything more than a quick hand wash
Only works if hands are no more than 10mm away from sensor and stops immediately you move hands to wash them, making it difficult to wash hands for twenty seconds. Would have to hold hand in front of sensor to fill the sink.
